I've asked the question before... Many AIM shares qualify, but I've not asked the registrar yet if Scancell qualifies.
Personally, I hope Scancell grows so large in the next two years that they would be in the main market at least LOL
Then of course, the plan would be to take the profits and stuff them into AIM share which I would hope would not fold. And then my son just needs to worry about keeping me alive for 2 more years.
My issue is that there is no aftermarket for EIS shares. Though I have several investments, should my son want to realise the capital, they would be almost worthless. AIM appears to offer better possibilities, provided the Government don't change the rules.
