2021 - Awakn employ Dr David Nutt, he 'invents' the formulas used, they patent them and purchase them from him via his Company Equasy Enterprises for $C60k

This announcement builds on Awakn’s March 2021 acquisition of a significant body of proprietary research from Prof. David Nutt’s Equasy Enterprises, including details of newly discovered actions of MDMA; and the selection of Evotec as NCE research partner.

They tie up Evotec to run the test for them.

March SVNS RNS - The synthesis of six development candidates was originally contracted to Charnwood Discovery ("Charnwood"). However, following Charnwood's administration in Q4 2024 (the "Administration") work was temporarily disrupted. At the time of the Administration, 50% of the synthesis had been completed, with three development candidates successfully synthesised.

Awakn has now contracted Concept Life Sciences ("Concept"), the acquirer of Charnwood, to complete the remaining synthesis. Following a brief pause for knowledge transfer, work has now resumed, and completion is expected by end-May 2025.

March 2025 SVNS RNS - "This in-vitro testing phase, which builds on the positive animal testing results, is expected to be completed by the end of July 2025, aligning with the revised Programme timeline."

Surrey and Borders Partnership - What is involved?

The trial involves giving a low dose intravenous infusion of the drug ketamine over 40 minutes once a week for three weeks alongside seven sessions of a talking therapy (KARE therapy).

This is a 6-month trial during which participants are requested to visit us at R&D, Two Bridges, 10 times (we can provide transport by taxi/reimburse travel costs as well as issue vouchers when completing the study).

Getting tighter to buy, can sell 16m so there is decent liquidity on both sides of the book, anything over £5k and price 13.3

Not a massive surprise with 5.9B shares in issue, someone's bound to want liquidity or changed risk profile etc.

We are still outstanding two RNS tr1's that we know about - as advised by the Company in their prospectus, there are also a few hundred million warrants and options that can be flipped.

Typically on AIM you would expect 2.5 - 3 X churn on new placing stock and we haven't had that yet.

I've read the same info you have, it's in the RNS's.

Viura is kaput and they hope to get back online shortly.

When you say the other drill has been pushed back by a few months you mean until 2026.

"The Viura-1B well is currently not in production and was shut in during April-2025 owing to a leak in the completion tubing which requires a rig intervention to reinstate production. The Operator is now sourcing the necessary equipment including mobilising a suitable drilling rig in order to perform the workover by mid-June 2025."

As a result of these necessary workovers, the schedule of drilling the Phase 2 wells Viura-3A and Viura‑3B has been pushed back to 2026. This will allow further time for the Operator to procure the necessary equipment and to optimise the 3D seismic reprocessing and reinterpretation to fine-tune the subsurface well locations of these development wells.

As and when a raise comes ill average down if necessary, not scared of a placing as Routh will add more assets in order to get to a mid cap oil co.

Then a small rise - then not a lot for a while.

At some point they explode with information from the More - Kare trial, spreading the info across all outlets simultaneously, and go straight into NHS production of the product.

The reason we know this is this is what has been put on the More - Kare literature -" Once the trial is complete, the findings will be published in high impact open access journals and communicated at international academic conferences"

The Test is N 280 and they have 56 people in it so far, the run time is not long. It has been expanded into more NHS units than the original Exeter base in order to speed up the results.

What this means for investors is that all we know is the data collection is being accelerated both in the NHS 001 and in the FDA 002 tests.

Once it has been collected it will be released and the product will be rolled out immediately into the wider NHS and FDA frameworks.

Because of this there is no way for us to time a buying in point, therefore you have to lock and load.

Once phase 111 is passed you will not be buying at 13p, you may be locked out by 'Big Pharma' buying up what they can on the open or you will be paying multiples of todays price.

If it fails phase 111 then you lose your money.

Trawl through it and find the Lenders warrants 264m - N Nelson and 1 other plus D Purcell options on 45m - they are in the money.

Dissemination and implementation

In the final year of the project, relevant stakeholders will be invited to attend a conference in person, with hybrid options available, where the trial and core Patient & Public Involvement (PPI) team will present the findings and seek early input in a series of focus groups and breakout sessions.

Once the trial is complete, the findings will be published in high impact open access journals and communicated at international academic conferences. A lay summary sheet of results will be prepared for participants and circulated at the end of the trial, and posted on this website.
