David Nutt sold them IP at $C60,000, 50,000 stock at $1.20.

Most of the 703m warrants ( not to be confused with the Lending warrants ) are dead in the water due to the falling knife scenario.

Yet the same people keep turning up and buying more stock, this time at 13p, the heavy lifting is now handed over to Pamlico shoals to take 12.36%, a coincidence that as Dennis Purcell is appointed Chairman?

Which Big Pharma might they be holding them for?

What's interesting is the Director's have played catch the falling knife at every fund raising opportunity when it was Awakn.

They must be very aware that we can sit alongside them at 13p under the Solvonis banner, who is doing the selling? Is it one of the older Awakn investors cashing in a 12 bagger?

I've spent a good few hours reading up on awakn, now svns and the ppl involved.

Looks a decent opportunity to multibag, one to hold until it's time to sell, I've had a few decent smallcap multibagging pharmas over the years, this has all the hallmarks of being another one.

The investors and Directors are decent.

Just needs some pixie dust and we are off to the races!

If you assign a 50% value of the £200m ( which includes residual payments ) you are looking at circa £1.60.

The massive money will come for the ptsd and drug addiction into the USA, awakn 014 programme, 001 and 002 proves up the pathway, Big Pharma will buy it when 001 and 002 are passed imo.

The usa 002 is being fast tracked via,the FDA scheme.

It had to raise funds to cover from inception of svns to the expected results ready for market timings.

It will happen, study the Awakn investors and now the svns investors.

Each year they have self funded this project, now moved it onto a more coveted London listing.

As soon as this gets passed, Big pharna comes sniffing.

Add in that only around 6% of the warrants ( 20% total warrants of 1b shares vs the 5.9b shares in issue ) can be flipped at 1 - 6p.

Of these 49.5% are owned by Nelson and Purcell 177m at 1p who both just paid 13p to own more stock.

We will soon find out if they are all sticky or not, worst ways the overhang wont last for long on positive news.

They and their investors voted to also convert the other restricted and deferred Awakn shares in live SVNS stock so that there are no surprises or potential overhang.

When the BOD are hungry for placing stock i.e they are paying for it and not gifting themselves, have tidies up the share register to make it as 'sticky' as possible it tells you something, at least it should do.

Sure the market will pick up on this soon enough.

Awakn 002 - FDA approved trial - can be accelerated to market place.

Unpopular opinion, but if more than one item comes off at same time then they'll need a raise at some level, doubt that's below or much below this, possibly a premium, that to me would be a positive as means MR is ticking all boxes at same time etc.

When a small cap Pharma gets it right, the stock price rises are frankly frightening and bewildering as us tin pot,pi investors watch our pfs bagging on one of our holds.

The Alcohol disorders will .ulti bag this if either the phasec3 or 2b passes, they've had it valued as up to 40 times the current £5m market cap.

Phase 3 success gives credence to Awakn 14 , the drug treatment programme, coke, heroin, fentanyl etc

If alcohol is a 40 bagger what is the value of curing the USA of its fentanyl addiction, is it 100, 200?

Always worth remembering these people are salary men ans they are using other peoples money and looking for AIM small caps to give good returns.
