Also that the timelines quoted by Solvonis and Awakn have speeded up, maybe as in 2021 when Awakn first set it out they didn't have the NHS and NIHR support and trial funding, where SVNS commitment is capped at £800k - "unheard of for a phase 3 trial" - CEO Anthony Tennyson.

Other Pharmas that are valued at £70 - £230m don't have phase 3 trials for the NHS or 2b for the FDA in progress so the revaluation in Market Cap doesn't need full NHS rollout, entry into Europe off the back of that and USA / FDA via 002.

We have two weeks until the AGM so that gives the placing churn time to turn over in the background, would imagine after the AGM there is another Proactive interview and we get some More - Kare

I don't meant being held back is a negative, let them load up down here, that's great.

We've had 1B+ churn on the placing stock, the news flow is being managed magnificently by the BOD plus the timing of the NHS extra budget.

Re: Not needing money - that isn't part of the plan imo, there are historic Awakn Lenders Warrants on 264m shares for Nicholas Nelson and another Canadian times investor, plus there are Dennis Purcell 45m options etc at the same 0.10 so if they need a top up for AI Quantum computing centre costs for the CNS, for sure these are available, equally they can leave them in the background and flip them out when the buy out offers come in, all of this info (Warrants / options ) is in the Solvonis 2025 Prospectus.

Everything here looks very well managed, most of us won't be used to a board of this quality, it's a bit of a culture shock tbh.

The dates of the 22nd April and the 22nd May are interesting, who ever is loading these trades needs talking to.

Director Participations

The Company is undertaking material related party transactions with Nicholas Nelson (Non-Executive Director), Dennis Purcell (Non-Executive Chairman) (together the "Participating Directors") and Ryan Neates (a PDMR) in relation to their participation in the Fundraise for the purpose of rule 7.3 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as further detailed below:

a) Nicholas Nelson will acquire 38,461,538 Fundraise Shares at the Issue Price;

b) Dennis Purcell will acquire 38,461,538 Fundraise Shares at the Issue Price; and

c) Ryan Neates, the non-board finance director of the Company, will acquire 3,846,153 Fundraise Shares at the Issue Price.

If you like some synchronicity in your investments note that SVN - 001 has a 8 + 2 years protection against its intellectual property being used by a competitor and the Integrated Care Boards have a 10 year health plan, governed by an act of Parliament as of 28th May 2025 which is also the date when Awakn was purchased by SVNS!

The NHS has been give an extra £20B this week.

We have a Phase 3 test co funded and being run by the NHS Exeter and its other sites.

Nothing has really been made of this yet but its only good news for us - fully funded roll out paid for.

At 0.5p so a Market Cap of £29.53M.

People will be buying and saying its great value.

Reason is, it is great value.

Can still sell over 20 million for a penny more than this morning.

Three cancelled trades from yday 12m, 10m and a 15m to try and knock the ask back.

They can't have filled all those buy orders yet ...

We've seen over a billion shares churned over, there's probably more to go but peoples price expectations have been raised due to the spread of research across the different social media platforms.

If you are a 'trader', why sell for 10% when there is no guarantee it will retrace but there is an opportunity it will hit a penny or two in line with other similar Pharmas?

Can sell over 20m again, word is spreading and someone lumpy must be buying.

Avct, NCYT, GDR etc they've all got a loyal fan base, maybe a bit bloodied and beaten but they are there.

It is surprising that we haven't seen any of them here yet?

I had NCYT at 10p back in 2020, GDR at the same, only ever traded avacta a couple of times, wasn't 100% on the US trial data before they bought it and listed it in the U.K., don't usually like to compare stocks on here as it is a very emotive subject but SVNS Canadian listing as Awakn the data looked decent, same beneficial owners who owned Awakn own SVNS etc.

Those three cancelled trades knocked it back to 16.5, 16.5 again and then they used the cancelled trade from yesterday to drive it down to 16.

Personally I don't run stops on these types of plays, I research them, buy them and wait for the BOD to do their magic.

And yet again ....

Each time it knocked the bid back down a touch.

If I was a suspicious person I'd say someone's trying to keep a lid on the price to fill an order, as I'm a private investor I'll just think that they've repetitively got fat fingers and there is nothing to see here.

Those two RNS could have been filed on the 28th/05/2025 and are still outstanding, one of them is 12.36% of the Market Cap, 15 days overdue ... Someone ring them up and tell them the toothless F.C.A. does have rules.
