“Here, we have engineered cubosomes … with copper acetylacetonate as a model drug, and their surfaces are functionalized for the first time Affimer proteins … to actively target overexpressed carcinoembryonic antigens on LS174T colorectal cancer cells. Unlike nontargeted cubosomes, Affimer tagged cubosomes showed preferential accumulation in cancer cells compared to normal cells not only in vitro (2D monolayer cell culture and 3D spheroid models) but also in vivo in colorectal cancer mouse xenografts, while exhibiting low nonspecific absorption and toxicity in other vital organs. Cancerous spheroids had maximum cell death compared to noncancerous cells upon targeted delivery. Xenografts subjected to targeted drug-loaded cubosomes showed a 5–7-fold higher drug accumulation in the tumor tissue compared to the liver, kidneys, and other vital organs, a significant decrease in tumor growth, and an increased survival rate compared to the nontargeted group. This work encompasses the first thorough preclinical investigation of Affimer targeted cubosomes as a cancer therapeutic.”
Some way to go, but yet another demonstration of the huge potential in Affimers.

@Bella6532, my understanding is that Block Listing shares are ‘unallocated’ until the Employees have saved over a period through a share save scheme, or option conditions are met. During this period I presume (?) that they will be held by ‘Trustees’. Once Employees have finished saving / Option conditions are met, and assuming the share price has risen (otherwise why bother), the shares will be paid for at the designated option price and released to the market. The cash proceeds being credited to the company.
So I don’t think the ‘block listing’ is relevant in the sense you suggest, only as signal that the share price may go up shortly. Particularly if the 2m takes the Options up to (I think?) the 20% limit of total no. of shares.

So relevant option prices calculated during this week? Good week for said calculation then?
Wonder if ‘management’ think that the price is about to go up a bit (or a lot) soon? To the extent that options would not be so attractive if the Block Listing were to be done any later?
Phase 1 dose escalation announced Thursday 3rd February, over 13 weeks ago. Time for (say) up to 6 ‘Safety Data Monitoring Committee (SDMC)’ meetings. No bad news, trial still running.

Good to see Leeds Uni Affimer research guys doing great work on Affimer applications to support Human health – Fibrinogen purification, potentially supporting blood clotting problems.
(Affimers bind, detect, purify, block, etc., and, through AffyXell MSC’s can be secreted in patients for immuno-modulation, just brilliant stuff).

Don’t disagree that there is little in the way of in depth analysis, but at least the sentiment is positive. For example, that the AVA6000 “addressable market is valued at US$ 56.5bn with a CAGR of 11.5%” is highlighted. Also good to see that (relative to peers) the lower risk profile is also mentioned.
To be honest, the only real attempt at a current in-depth analysis of the pre | CISION platform is from MMc (love him or not), and this is certainly worth a careful read …

Good discussion, risk of ‘low ball’ take out at the current (ridiculous) SP noted. Think valuation based on 2P reserves is valid (and easier than basing on production projections for next n years!).
Using the suggested USD$6-10 range for P2 that gives a lowest case of USD$6 x 179million barrels = USD£1074m @ GBP0.80 = £859m, call it ~£800m after debt, and factor in (say) 300m shares and you have a ‘lowest of the low’ case SP of 267p.
(Just one approach to valuation, largely based on published numbers, and being deliberately conservative. However you do the ‘sums’ you end up with a ‘reality disconnect’).

Remember we acquired 26 million barrels of net 2P from Atomic. Now we have Cuda and we’ll soon know more about the size of the Barron Flats Federal (Deep) Unit ‘Discovery’.
Perhaps demonstrates the importance of the RS ‘Resource Report’ and the delineation work that should lead to significantly (possibly massively?) increased 1P and 2P numbers for COPL with the addition of Barron Flats Federal (Deep) Unit to (eventually) Reserves.
I think the market are thinking COPL is some kind of ‘Fairy Story’ that shouldn’t really be believed to be true. Certainly something not quite adding up here?

ZPHR mcap today from LSE £84m.
So our NPV-10 P2 of $380m worth (say) £60m, vs ZPHR NPV-10 P2 of $111m worth £84m?
