Presentation Slide 4 - 2P reserves: 26mmbbls (ex-Atomic)
From the RNS of 19/04/22 - Increases COPL's 2P reserves by 47% from 25.8 million barrels to 38.2 million barrels. (COPL December 31, 2021 NI-51-101 Reserves)
Presentation Slides 22-23 - Barron Flats Federal (Deep) Unit: Parkerton Ranch Frontier Discovery
Base Case
OOIP calculations = 1.30 billion barrels of oil, Primary recovery = 8 –10%, 104 to 130 million barrels of oil recoverable
Secondary recovery = 40%, 520 million barrels of oil
High Case
OOIP calculations = 1.7 billion barrels of oil, Primary recovery = 8-10%, 136 to 170 mmbblsof oil recoverable
Secondary recovery = 40%, 680 million barrels of oil
Presentation Slide 24 - Barron Flats Federal (Deep) Unit: Parkerton Ranch Dakota Discovery
OOIP calculations = 365 million barrels of oil, Primary recovery = 8 –10%, 29 to 37 million barrels of oil recoverable
Secondary recovery = 40%, 146 million barrels of oil
So the BFFDU (‘Discovery’), is potentially a range of (104 + 29 =) 133 to (680 + 146 =) 826 million barrels of oil, taking the lowest case …
Existing 2P (Atomic + Cuda) = 46 + ‘Discovery’ 133 (BFFDU lowest case) = 179 million barrels of oil.
Question is, how much is 2P oil in the ground worth …?
