Andrew... yes of course... we are still here... but I remember a few gushing about JN too. I know the past is the past but it is the past which shapes how we think going forward. CB is not doing us a favour or consulting for nothing... his first duty should be to the shareholders which he has acknowledge in his media presentations. If he delivers then job well done but nothing would surprise me here anymore. Will he be tempted to keep the merry-go-round turning even if the shareholders don't get value ? Possibly...

We are where we are. I don't particularly think anyone deserves any credit... not until shareholder value has been demonstrated tbh. A nagging doubt I have is that CB has positioned XTR to survive now for a few years... ticking over bringing in enough to keep the lights on and pay some wages and consultancy fees. The deals he has made benefits others unfortunately and not shareholders. I still think his announcement of fabulous news around the corner was to detract away from the poor showing Q1... rain or no rain Omnia found they could produce on their own patch ? If there was meaningful fabulous news he would have told us leading me to think there isn't anything substantial to reveal. Lets see how Q2 pans out.... its like the weekly weigh in on gold rush lol

It was intentional to lead us to believe that the alluvials would generate that sort of cash ? I think and I'm only guessing but maybe the Moz loan came out of that last placing money and the placing money was considered cashflow. Soooo why did we give Moz that sort of cash considering they have produced so little ?

Also the explanation that the $400,000 loan to Moz was from cashflow supported the misbelief that the alluvials were bringing in greater revenue than the reality.

capitalidea... The concern for me is that he knows precisely what he is doing when he throws these figures about. He is perfectly aware that the figures are misleading. Why I wonder did he stress he really needed to keep Joel from the JN era ? Maybe because he knew he was someone who would be comfortable issuing such guidance ?

Andrew... totally agree. I don't believe its incompetence with the figures but rather CB is good at getting people to believe what suits him. Economic with the truth on so many fronts.

Without the alluvial income we were lead to be believe we would be getting ( eg the loan to Moz anticipating that income) then we either have to give the majority of FB away as we cant afford to mine it or we take more dilution. That's why the alluvials were important. The SP is were its at until another option reveals itself. maybe the big news that CB alluded to will give us a lift but his unclear messages only seem to cloud the issues rather than helping with clarity. Still no answers on what he meant by the Moz loan was funded out of cash flow.

CB says Omnia have found a rich patch of alluvial gold on there own plot. Very happy for them. That excuses them from paying us agreed penalties how ? Or is that another example of economy of truths. Cb needs to start looking at himself regarding over promising and under delivering. Not much changed here from JNs days .

What did we pay in the end for Manica ? If the alluvials are not going to be generating much cash in the bank for XTR then we have to balance the risk free 15 - 20 % we may get from HR with what we could get for selling Manica since CB has said there is a lot of interest from big experienced companys. Which leads me back to Moz and we we handed all that cash over to them when there is apparently all this other interest. CB being economic with the truth or have the alluvial returns caught him out too ?

CB says the Moz loan was funded from cash flow. Is he including the one off portion of placement money received as cash flow ? No way has the alluvial operation supported that loan. Why on earth did we do that. I just don't get it.

So what happened to that money... has it disappeared ? Doesn't look like Moz will be repaying anytime soon from those figures. and before anyone says it us taking a stake in a non functional entity makes sense how ? Totally fed up with XTR's knack of transfereing cash away from shareholders tbh.

CB must have known that Omnia were never really onboard. Hard rock is the jam tomorrow to deflect away these poor results. Sino producing but in several months Moz and Omnia didn't. CB needs to come clean and tell us what has been going on. I believe he knows full well but doesn't want to tell us so announces big news is imminent to detract. All Jam tomorrow. Same old.

Endlessly economic with the truth to facilitate the transfer of funds away from shareholders to those in the know. Maybe we will get less of the "in CB we trust" and "this is undervalued" type posts now. Chepica... Manica... kinda rhymes lol

That meeting with a "world class contractor to finalise negotiations re FB development" wouldn't involve MTI (Nexus) would it ?

Realising many shareholders are not happy with how much has been given away in the past, we will be told our take in the hard rock will be way better than 8%...
