JDAU... what is your agenda here. I could open the pdf files regarding the previous drillings and open the pdf on the DFS. I could read through all that. what are you after here ? my opinion is that the drilling campaigns have shown there is enough gold at Manica to be extracted profitably if a suitable management team were in place to do that. My opinion is that we don't have a suitable management team. Your constant praise of Bird is quite bewildering tbh.

JDAU... For the avoidance of any doubt, if and when good news is released I will certainly acknowledge that occasion. I do however feel it only fair that my interpretation of good news would not for example be an announcement that non working operators are up to full speed or we're "getting" 300k every month or our income from loans makes us profitable or we're major shareholders in a mini skip hire company or we're up to 7 plants now or the Chinese are interested or … hang on... if the Chinese said they were interested and Bird actually did sell them Manica and the money did somehow navigate its way past Silbersteins magic pen into XTR's bank account.. then yes I would consider that good news.

JDAU...The previous research all points to the potential that Manica has locked away. I have never disputed that. Of slight concern is the amount that both PAF and Auroch have already spent and the time that has elapsed since that research without anyone having made anything significant for their shareholders.. Correct me if I'm mistaken, I know you will, were not both Bird and Jan Nelson at PAF during the time a lot of that research was done ? I believe there was some collaboration between PAF and Auroch too ? You earlier said I think that we have to be patient with how long it takes to bring a mine to profitability. I agree but this is far from a new find. it has been well researched and had a not insignificant amount of spend already. With the right management team I think we will see some uplift... I seem to have been saying this for ages but you chose to ignore ;-)
So yes a few concerns over the viability of FB for XTR... but I feel Bird is the real obstacle to shareholder value. I cant be clearer than that. Manica in the right hands ? Definitely. In Birds hands ? Hmmmm

JDAU... thanks for your reply regarding Moz. I have a couple of issues with the Moz loan. At the time Bird told us there were several experienced professional contractors wanting to work with us yet chose to lend to Moz who were unproven in gold recovery.. You state Moz were unable to produce gold for various reasons... why did not Bird wait to see if they were in fact an experienced professional outfit before committing money to them. was this an error of judgement ? Why then did Bird maintain that the money came from operational cash flow ? My issue with the Moz deal is that Bird mislead us on both fronts... the worthiness of the Moz outfit to risk our much needed cash and then that operations were funding the cash.
The prospect that FB would be unlocked for the benefit of shareholders was the reason I stayed with xtr following the Chepica debacle. Your constant questioning the fact that I am a shareholder here is quite frankly irritating. Do you choose to resort to such immature posting because I choose not to happy clap every time Bird has an error in judgement ? If Manica is managed correctly for the benefit of shareholders then I think there will be some upside in the SP. I will continue to question Birds's management here because like you I have been here long enough to deduce that he seems to have an over inflated self worth of his wheeling dealing style of operating that doesn't actually deliver shareholder value.

JDAU... you do not seem to grasp the basic fact that XTR in which we hold shares is actually losing money. Sino's contribution is keeping the lights on at our subsidiary Explorator... nothing more. Unless Bird delivers a deal which will be profitable for XTR we are probably looking at a fund raise which Bird will disguise as expansion into Zimbabwe or something similar. By your own admission you have been around here long enough that you should realise that what Bird says he will deliver and what he manages to deliver are entirely different things. I suggest you go and read up all the previous RNS over the time you have been invested in XTR and then tell me if BIrd has delivered shareholder value. You never did give me your take on the Moz episode did you ?

Unfortunately jezzoo the truth on here does tend to get shouted down by the few remaining on the "blah blah blah learn to read the RNS" committee. You are not alone in your situation. It is quite clear where the blame should lie.

Im sure there will be a good reason to drill further despite the millions already spent on drilling and research that the more knowledgeable on here have told us about. Manica has become a bit of a money pit hasn't it. It is slightly worrying that the total research and spend must be comparable to what profitable gold is there. Im a little surprised too that despite the large drilling and research spend as reported, both Omnia and Moz did not find it profitable. Lets hope the gold bearing compounds in our hard rock are profitable. Nobody is denying the gold in one form or another is there but more than one large gold mining outfit saw fit to pass it on in the last few years. Why is that ? Even the alluvials don't seem that profitable as apparently its the wrong sort of gold in parts for some of the plant to extract. Seems the real jewel in the crown might keep us shareholders waiting a while longer yet as we sift through all the paste stones.

AIM is currently the only place that has a value for XTR. It is what it is whether liked or not. Bird has to show he can unlock that elusive value in Manica to the benefit of XTR shareholders before the market will reflect that value in a higher XTR SP. This is the reality no matter how much certain posters on here will continue to rant and protest at that reality. Up to now Bird has failed to deliver XTR shareholder value although other parties have been seen to benefit somewhat. If he can put shareholders first then hopefully there will be some sort of SP recovery. That's as positive as I can be at the mo...

JDAU choses to repost something to discredit me knowing full well that I openly accepted contained an error in the figure quoted and which I apologised for. An open apology like I gave could have been treated with a little more courtesy than JDAU gave. Its a shame he doesn't question some of the figures put out by the BODs.
Having been shown that his rant was in fact unjustified by another poster he continues to rant. However I forgive JDAU as I do get that an over stretched position here must be very stressful. So as far as I am concerned I will leave it there.

howmanyfools…. thank you. JDAU has always attacked anyone who asks questions that he finds the answers to uncomfortable. I think its because those questions and answers bring about the realisation that his investment here has been trashed by mismanagement just as much as every other holder.... something that he feels is a weakness to have to admit ?

JDAU.. you're missing the point as you always seem to do. jeez... 1m or 2m does it matter ? if it was 2m ok fine it doesn't change that we paid 12m for it and our MktCap is 3.3m. Not exactly shareholder value is it ?
I apologise for getting the exact figures wrong. Will you want Joel Silberstein and Bird to apologise for some of the figures they have put out ? It works both ways. Ok now tell me why you believe Moz walked away ;-)
