What slice of the proven resources value will find its way safely into XTR bank account ? That is the issue here. Our MktCap will not reflect the value of proven resources the way Bird is operating. My concern is that slice will end up being too small to significantly lift our SP due to further unforeseen Moz style dealings.

We are operationally successful. Anyone hoping our operations would provide shareholder value clearly don't understand the business model. We can maintain our operationally successful status for as long as it takes the other companies controlling the operations to remove all of the gold. I really don't get what all you non shareholding bashers are complaining about. Its all in the RNSs and anyway the spaced out reptile hunter over on a secure site has just purchased yet another trading tranche which is no doubt already showing a healthy profit. What's not to like ?

We need to define the object of the focus. I have suspected for some time that Birds focus is not on delivering shareholder value. His multiple directorships point to his prime objective of creating value for himself and those he deems to contribute to that philosophy. What I am saying is he is focused but it is not on what shareholders would want him to be focused on. One of his favourite media presentation lines is "what a lovely situation... "

JDAU.. not sure if its me you are asking regarding MktCap but fwiw a MktCap of around £10m should not be unobtainable. For that to happen there needs to be no more perceptions that Bird/Silberstein are structuring deals to benefit third parties (see historical deals like O'Kief and Moz for example). If XTR had been managed to the point of being able to exploit the Manica resources to wholly benefit its shareholders (that's us by the way JDAU) then that MKtCap would already have been surpassed. The reasons for that not being the case are the root of much unrest amongst genuine shareholders and which we disagree. I am not of the opinion that Bird saved the company for its shareholders but rather he saw benefit in keeping control of something that would be in the interests of the BoDs. The total size of the Manica cake has not been in question... but rather the slice left for XTR shareholders at the end of Birds deals is. At the end of the day it is that slice which will determine our MktCap… not the size of the total asset. We may choose to disagree over that principle but he lack of trust in Birds deals have not been without reason. Regarding lse posting etiquette perhaps you could add referring to fellow posters as morons and cretins to your list of that considered unacceptable. The irony of highlighting libellous misdemeanours will not be lost on the many "multiple usernamed paid bashers" on here I'm sure.

Getting the SP back to at least 3p would be a start in undoing the damage. Note that is start. To create shareholder value we need to see meaningful steady increases from that start level. Otherwise Bird could keep diluting and keep promising shareholder value will be created which for the fortunate few entering at the bottom that could be considered true.
See JDAU.. its not so hard to be courteous on here... try it sometime. Whilst were at it you seem well versed on exactly what lse rules are being broken when posts get deleted so perhaps you could share ? The next step will be to try and get the posters who ask the difficult questions banned. At least anyone having followed the earlier "discussion" cwith JDAU can now draw their own conclusions.

No surprise there that you once again chose not to answer a question that would show that Bird's deals are not delivering shareholder value. JDAU you don't seem to grasp the reality that the SP is a measure of delivered shareholder value. Until you come to terms with this fact, all the RNSs amount to diddly squat. Your complete lack of understanding that for your investment to grow there needs to be acceptance by the market that there has been demonstrated shareholder value. It is probably your own embarrassment at the realisation that Bird has destroyed your investment that no doubt compels you to resort to personal attacks towards other shareholders who have come to terms with what has been going on here.

JDAU...Revenue/cash flow forecasts with Silberstein and Bird have historically been lets say rather wide of the truth. Let me ask you something... what is the value of the actual gold so far recovered from Manica under the collaboration deals that you so enthusiastically applaud and then tell me what profit have XTR shareholders seen. Not Omnia... not Sino.. not Mozambique government... not Moz (we know they gladly took our 400k).. not Explorator… but XTR. That's our XTR that we hold shares in. How much JDAU ?

JDAU... let me explain things in an easy way for you. Bird could do deals so that in 5 years time all the retrievable gold from Manica has been processed Just enough revenue finds its way into XTR to pay the BoDs.and several third parties make some profit to send them home happy. Bird claims operational success. So I ask you again... operationally successful for who exactly. There is too much history of cash following share placements finding its way to third parties for the market to acknowledge that Bird's deals will be in the interests of delivering shareholder value. You choose to applaud Bird on nothing more than a belief that what he says will happen actually willhappen despite evidence to the contrary.

Looking to start something is not the same has current operation success is it. We were told we would have the new alluvial contractors in place by august but it never happened. Is that operation success ? Was the Moz episode operationally successful ? Are we generating 300k a month as implied ?

JDAU... could you explain in your own words what you understand by shareholder value and how promises of jam tomorrow isn't the same thing.

Perhaps JDAU would like to explain why he thinks Bird has delivered shareholder value over the last 12 - 18 months.

At the time, I may be wrong but I was led to believe that Moz was working with Omnia. a few posters were questioning the delay in things happening and on more than one occasion it was suggested that something was not quite right with the Omnia/Moz alluvial operation. We were then told that Bird was then to negotiate with Omnia and Moz separately as it would be "better". Soon after we handed over 400k to Moz knowing that there was an issue with the alluvial operation. It just doesn't ring true that they walked away soon after. Bird then told us that we would take the plant. This is the plant that was around when Moz and Omnia were working together. As we are supposedly (but who knows) still in discussions with Omnia it could possibly be that part of the negotiations were to make out we have taken the plant leaving Moz to our 400k. whether we have ownership of that plant or whether Omnia do but are happy for us to "use" it is irrevelant. Moz walked away with our 400k having not produced a single ferrerro wrapper.I have said before I believe Birds economies of truths are no mistake but intentional to cover deals that don't benefit shareholders.
