I wouldn't be surprised if the Moz plant somehow has become the 2nd Sino plant.

I think that Zambia was the pre investor show news and thats what Bird will focus his presentation on.

The concern I have is whilst Bird will use any XTR income we get from Manica to fund exploration, XTR will not benefit from any profit to lift the SP, as no sooner any money comes in it goes out again away from shareholders. I don't feel that Birds primary interest is aligned with shareholders. Bird may well "grow" the operations and claim "operational success" but I just don't see any commitment from Bird to deliver shareholder value. For less than Bird wasted on Moz we could have funded Zambia. Its such recklessness with our money (O'Kief copper dumps too) that Bird seems unable to resist. I know he has blamed Jan Nelson for the earlier mismanagement but the Moz shenanigans has not filled the market with any confidence. Forays into Zambia without proving he has secured any meaningful revenue from Manica will lead to yet more dilution im afraid. No doubt it will dressed up as an opportunity too good to miss or a once in a lifetime acquisition. GLA

I thought we were going to start hard rock gold production this Q1 in Manica. Expanding elsewhere is not the problem... its the not sticking to previous guidance that I have issue with.

Andrew... I tend to agree with your thoughts. Bird has told us that moving the overburden out of the way so we can get at the hard rock is going to be costly which is why he wanted the alluvial contracts in place... primarily to remove the overburden. If this hasn't yet been done in the areas we need to get at then this will mean more cost and more delay.

Does anyone know if the hardrock we would want to target first has been exposed by the alluvial operation or have Sino been choosing areas to benefit themselves first since they don't appear to be involved in our hard rock aspirations ? The dirt removal has to date obviously been less than originally suggested by Bird so will this have an impact on those hard rock sites ?

Is do we believe there has been any significant progress in shareholder value as measured by the only thing that matters the SP ?

JDAU... We have made progress in that Sino are working the alluvials. If we commence HR production this quarter with Omnia as we were led to believe, then that is more progress. When XTR shows a profit from Birds deals (XTR not Explorator) then I will be more than happy to agree that significant progress has been made. I don't know if HR production is on track to start Q1 or not until we are told one way or another. Do you believe we are on track for that or not ?

Bird really does need to get some meaningful production established to make XTR profitable. Far too much jam tomorrow which has been the case since Chepica. Bird tells us one thing is going to happen which never does seem to but thgen he never refers back to explain why things keep changing. He does seem to get his kicks out of "doing deals" but seems to fail to establish any meaningful production. How are we going to pay for his latest Zambia dreams ?

Maybe at our subsidiary Explorator. We (XTR) are still losing money which is why the SP is where it is. I note some posters on other boards are regurgitating this statement to imply all is wonderful.

What is worrying is that we know the alluvial revenue to date has not made XTR profitable. It seems that for the foreseeable future all we have is the alluvial revenue. Sino agreeing to dig a bit more out isn't going to tip the balance to make XTR profitable enough to fund the Zambia jam. More dilution ahead possibly as Bird seems unable to see through all the sampling and testing to actual meaningful production. What happened to Omnia starting HR production in Q1 2019 (that's now btw) ? The guy just seems to love finding mineralisations and sampling them and testing them. Whilst he seeks out new copper deposits he hasn't secured any meaningful revenue to pay to get them into production.

It is concerning that we haven't had any guidance regarding the Omnia partnership yet we get yesterdays RNS regarding Birds shares options. I hope this and the Zambia expenditure is not a deflection to give the illusion things are happening when in fact we may be back at the talks stage only regarding Manica hard rock. The guidance that much of FB deposits may well be more costly to recover (the revised DFS isn't going to be better for shareholders in all honesty) may have put Omnia off. They walked away from the alluvial partnership when it didn't suit them so no reason to believe they will hang around for Birds deals if its not to their liking. Hope I'm wrong but as with Moz I suspect something is not quite right.

Bird has not yet demonstrated that his deals in Manica will show a profit for XTR and yet here he is telling us about more expenditure for more jam tomorrow in Zambia (at least its not in troubled Zimbabwe). I really am starting to think there are difficulties with the Omnia partnership. His "we are talking to prospective partners and investors" guidance hints at such. The fact that the SP continues to struggle is no surprise.
