This from another board sums up where we are at...
"... Having listened to those podcasts it becomes evident this company seems to have rediscovered it's mo-jo.
Income from the gold in Mozambique is the elixir of the re-rate, Mr Bird suggests $300k to $500k a month and that in itself is enough to warrant a market value in excess of £20m or 5.5p a share.
Then they blew the roof off last week, still to be fully acknowledged by the market, with a deal in Zambia where they are looking to produce not less that 6000 tonnes of copper per annum.
If that 6000 tonne target is attained that would generate annual revenue of £30m at today's copper price of which XTR would get 33% of the net profit - worth noting it is a low cost operation.
Both these deals do not put any debt on the company, Xtract remains debt free with existing revenue from alluvial gold mining. Important !
So there we have it, if all goes well Xtract could easily be valued at £30m-£40m or 8p to 11p per share.
Makes the current price of 1.7p a great entry point. "
