Those round figure sells are worrying. The round figure implies they are being dumped in smaller batches of a bigger whole. Bird really does need to explain why this placing was good if he really is interested in shareholder value ? I wont hold my breath though.

I notice the SP is being walked down with hardly any trades. Our hopes for SP recovery really are at the mercy and whims of certain interested parties...

Nightingale... was not intending to ramp at all. I have not been Birds biggest fan on here but do feel there was light at the end of the tunnel. I want this to get back on track like it seemed to be before we were hit with the placing. I do still have concerns. Why the placing now when alluvials should be covering overheads ? Zambia is supposed to be a 90 day due diligence period so hopefully Bird wasn't rushing this placement to transfer our cash into 3rd parties hands (I am still annoyed at the cash transfer to Concordia and Moz following placements). So no ramp intended... maybe just a bit of hopeful belief that Bird will start delivering shareholder value which tbh I'm still not entirely convinced is his priority. The company has apparently been saved and we have had several varieties of jam promised but we now need revenue and a corresponding lift in SP. Nothing else will do Mr Bird.

Good Q2 results will go a long way to putting us back on track now.

This may take a while to get back on track as confidence has somewhat been knocked a little. Some sells indicating that the recent good rise recently was perhaps a manufactured pump and dump. Bird really does have to deliver something tangible by the way of revenue for XTR now doesn't he... or maybe the doubts in some minds will be justified. Fingers crossed.

I agree with that Andrew. I was very disappointed yesterday but seeing how the SP has held up reasonably well today I am confident we will see a rerate sooner rather than later. At least now the dreaded placing is out of the way giving a solid base to build from.
