Probably the local operation in Manica will be about even (Explorator are we over there ?) but the parent company XTR will still be losing IMHO. This is where CB has to stop using Silbersteins crooked pencil and tell it as it is. How can we believe any of the figures when he still wants us to believe that the shambolic Moz debacle was funded from operations cashflow. I have lost any trust that I had left.

Do we really need to be paying Silberstein that salary to tell us we have the revenue of a small corner chippy ?

Maybe the question I should have asked is can we afford to keep Manica.

Realistically what would Manica be worth to someone who can profitably extract the alluvial gold ? Maybe Sino ? It looks increasingly obvious that CB doesn't have the correct key to unlock shareholder value here. I am concerned that by keeping Manica it is going to cost us particularly with CB having mentioned on more than one occasion there would only be a fund raise for acquisitions. I don't think he would hesitate to dilute if it meant he could keep the jam tomorrow show on the road. Steadily rising SP to match a steadily rising MktCap is good for everyone but CB has delivered neither. Would selling Manica be in our best interests ?

Andrew... I agree. Also it has to be money into XTR account not locally in Manica which may just be about breaking even. It is XTR as the parent company in which we are invested which the SP reflects is losing money. CB really does have to start to deliver something.

The problem I have is that I have found all the previous podcasts to sound ok at the time. I have no idea if this time it will be any different. Fingers crossed.

Well it seems that the questions we were asking were based on legitimate concerns despite a few on here and elsewhere not wanting those questions asked. The SP is down here because of such bizzare decisions by CB. The whole truth will probably not now be revealed but something not quite right about why CB chose to hand over 400k of our money to Moz. That looks increasingly like another Concordia debacle of transfereing shareholder funds out of XTR doesn't it. The cover story that the loan is secured by a few rusty bits of iron (alluvial plant apparently) doesn't wash any more than that plant could wash gold. How much cheaper can this get ? With decisions like "lending" 400k to Moz its anyones guess. CB needs to demonstrate that the deals he has in his head are for OUR benefit. Still a holder but increasingly irritated by CB and Silberstein.

Somebody with deep pockets is convinced VAR will rule in favour CBs favour.... big buy just gone in.

I don't believe the posters in question intentionally mislead others on here but it does rather look like CB used them. I have thought for some time that CBs muddy comms are intentional.

Andrew I agree with that. The worry here is if we can afford to keep paying Silberstein that wage until we do finally see some revenue. I for one will be well peeved if we have to suffer a placement to pay wages and consultancy fees when as a shareholder I haven't seen any value here yet. Jam tomorrow is all we seem to be getting.

Are we still "expecting" the good news that some reported back as CB promising or was that just over wishful thinking on their behalf ?

… held by a "basher" is worth exactly the same as 1 XTR share held by those who would prefer to see no wrong in the guidance put out by successive CEOs here. It is irrelevant what value is put on that 1 XTR share by the holders. The only thing that matters is whether or not the market chooses to believe the Manica story. Clarity by the current CEO will be essential moving forwards in order for that belief to translate into a value all current holders will be happy with.
