batfink� I agree. It looks unfortunately like the big pay day is now a distance memory. Already too much been given away. That would be ok if we still had the big pay day from FB to come but we have already been told to expect no more than 15 - 20%. Some uplift in SP probably but not the multibagger we were hoping for im afraid. Maybe worth a small punt from here to possibly see 4p.

does anyone know if plant used for diamond alluvial mining is suitable for our alluvial gold ? was maybe the 400k needed to free up Moz from any ties with Omnia ? I still cant fathom why when there are supposedly experienced gold operators in the area chomping at the bit to have a seat at the table did we get involved with Moz. Somethings not right here...

CE.. CB needs to clarify the MOZ loan reasoning as at the moment it looks like another Concordia doesn't it.

It seems to me that we have somehow managed to exchanged our 400k for a 30% stake in zilch.

What is embarrassing is that XTR has apparently had so much in the pipeline for a number of years only to see a succession of deals benefitting non shareholders. The SP is where it is as the market has a full grasp of that.

JDAU... its not whats in the pipeline that's the issue.. its how much of that will come shareholders way that's the issue.

I would hope its more a case of poor decision making rather than anything more sinister but there is so much mistrust surrounding XTR that it makes it difficult not to have concerns. I just find it bizarre that with CB going on about not taking risks and telling us there has been a lot of interest from professional operators he goes and hands over 400,000 to Moz. Maybe the loan was part of a complicated deal and it was dressed up as a loan to help moz get started. Something weird about it. Its like if I gave a loan to my one man gardner and then said if he couldn't pay it back I would take a stake in his business.. but his business is only doing my garden which I pay him for... so I get a stake in the original money I handed over and he still gets paid by me. weird.

Pie... would you consider the Concordia debacle to be fraud ?

I would still like to know where the 400,00 loan to Moz actually went. Was the tale of the written off truck and excavator told to partly justify some of the apparent expenditure ?

Hopefully we have seen the lows now and better days ahead. What will be will be.

Another concern is that we have told that we are paying for the non DFS surveying on Omnias ground. Whats to stop them severing any agreement after we have forked out. They severed the alluvial agreement despite CB saying there would be penalties. Sneaky suspicion funds are being transferred away from XTR shareholders. Hope my concerns have no foundation.

gw...maybe moz were/are connected with Omnia. CB said they were a south African diamond alluvial outfit. Maybe they have been helping Omnia clear their patch. We were told Omnia and Moz were up and running before xmas so maybe CB was being economic with the truth again and allowed us to believe it was on our patch. Whatever the truth and until we are told I find it totally bizarre considering there has apparently been so much interest from experienced operators that we risked handing over 400,000 to "Moz".

oldmanriver... nexus mti Omnia moz ( I wont include Concordia auroch and Yorkville as those songs were in greatest hits vol 1). What is your take on why when CB is banging on about no taking no risk did he hand over 400,000 to Moz (diamong alluvial experience and not gold alluvial background). I would say for same reason best known to CB Moz are ahead of shareholders in the queue. who exactly are Moz and what have they done to help the cause since last October (forget the recent rains) to warrant receiving that amount of cash ?

The problem as I see it is that the way CB has done these deals means there is no incentive for those involved to do any thing drastically different to keep their cake slices coming. We are right at the back of the queue unfortunately to see if our slice is any thing more than a few crumbs. I agree with others comments that the SP seems stuck here whilst the status quo is preserved by those who are currently benefitting the most. This would be all well and good if we could then benefit from our hard rock as originally suggested. Before we have got anywhere near that hard rock we are now being told to expect just 15 - 20 % of that. Taking crumbs now for a larger slice of hard rock would be acceptable to most shareholders I would suggest but to already know CB is planning on giving so much away is the reason why the SP is stuck here. XTR seems to have been a vehicle for non shareholders to benefit from. CBs deals seem to reinforce this perception.

Pie... the market cost of something is the true value. You are describing an emotive property that you want to see the market endorse. As a shareholder here I want to see this at 5 - 10p but that is not its true value. That hopefully will be its future value. Hope that makes sense :-)

The true value of anything is what somebody else will pay for it.... a bit like a market really. I could go to bed tonight believing this has a value of 5p but until somebody will give me 5p its value is what the market decides it will be.

Yes I agree they should be in full production just so long as they are in a position to do that. CB promised to keep us all updated warts and all so lets hope he has remembered that ?
