I've just bought in here and not because of that blonger Laura, but because TM1 have a great oppurtunity to break into the battery recycling market, which let's face it is going to be gold dust if someone can just get it right. I'm not going to lie it is a risky investment, however, the pluses for me were the new directors both investing £75K each. That said to me this thing isn't going to go under in the near term at least and it is well worth a look. It will be interesting to see the direction they take it, plus there are some big names invovled. If they can indeed turn this into a profitable, scalable battery recycling company then we are sittin on gold dust from these prices, if not it will be delisted for ever more. I figured worth a look so I've not gone mad but put enough in to make it worth it if they do pull a turn around off!

I took a look and boy am I glad I did. I went in deep average 4.7p at a very healthy figure and it certainly has not disappointed! I've no intention of selling any before a take out whenever that might be 2026 after funding or 2027 after P1 production? Yes, I agree the 10x, 20x plays are better and patience is the game. By the way if you haven't seen it yet take a look at REE Altona Rare Earths PLC, £12.2 million market cap, sitting on the main markets, one of just a handful of explorers along with Bres that do, AND the US government have confirmed they plan to fund the exploration, much like Bres. Sitting on Rare Earths, Flourspar, Gallium and Copper. MRE on Flourspar and Gallium due to drop very soon along with US funding confirmation. They are looking to do a PFS then fast track a DFS for the Flourspar by years end plus they are looking for another resource to buy to diversify. REE could well be yet another BRES in terms of gains this year if it all comes together for them. Thanks again for your tip on BRES!

I've just joined the party here with some sell off from my Blencowe Resources holdings as Jangada looks very promising. I'd be happy with 5p+ but 10p to 20p sounds even better! Jangada has a very strong management team and a healthy balance sheet, hence my investment!

Thanks Big_K, I was curious to people's thoughts. I had a VERY fair idea BRES wouldn't be effected and actually it's more what Titan's SP has done this year that interested me: it has well and truly rocketed! Let's hope Bres follows suit in 2026!

Bickering aside I think we should all take a look at Titan Mining Corporation. From what I've seen of it, the company are bringing back online an old graphite mining reserve in America and could potentially be supplying half of America's graphite needs. The SP certainly rocketed this year. OC is not the only player out there, but demand is set to rise as MR has repeatedly alluded to! Thoughts?

Bres sits on the main market, one of the many factors this appealed to me many months ago. A non AIM explorer with US Government backing to go exploring and the results have not disappointed! I hope your 18 month predictions prove right!!

Locking in for a year says to me they'll take this to phase one production then be open to offers. That would be a good scenario for us long term holders!

Cheers, I had a look at their website too and they updated the warranty info on the 18th Dec. Roughly 12.5% left (potentially not including the chunk going on the 22nd) and about 3.5% options left to go. Getting far more manageable now! Great info below to know the breakdown!

Based on 570 million then about 13% warrants left to go and 5.7% options.

I got a feeling we haven't seen the last of the warrant exercises before funding but I hope I'm wrong!

Looking at the warrants and options now left, and correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like there are now only 5.4% against the overall number of undiluted shares of warrants left to go after the recent ones all go through.

Total number of undiluted shares: 524,196,519

Warrants plus options divided by total number of undiluted shares = (524,196,519 - 463,670,645) / 524,196,519 = 11.5%

Number of share options left 36,4333,333 - 4,000,0000 (assuming the website https://blencoweresourcesplc.com/capital-structure/ hasn't been updated which looks like the case) leaves 32,433,333

Warrant left = 524,196,516 - 463,670,645 -32,433,333 = 28,092,541

In percentage terms 28,092,541 / 524196,519 = 5.4%

So the options left represent 6.1%

That doesn't look to bad and we holding near or around the 7p placing to get finalised. Moving forward being left with 11.5% warrants and options to go that's not too bad going into 2026 and potential financing!

Could it be that the market is only pricing for phase 1, which would roughly be 40/160 x £115 = £40 million?

Just for information sake asking Ai if Ore reserve includes both measured and indicated: No, a JORC ore reserve is not a separate, additional total that includes measured and indicated resources; rather, it is the economically mineable portion of a measured and/or indicated resource. Reserves are a subset of resources, meaning they represent the part of the resource that can be profitably extracted after detailed studies, while the full measured and indicated resources include material that is not currently economical to mine.

Actually I might be mistaken, ore reserve up 47% which is not measure as the RNS states. The two are related but then ore is also related to indicated. Oh well we'll see in the next day or so!!

Ai also reckons: No, Blencowe Resources did not include the inferred resource in the Net Present Value (NPV) calculation for their Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS).

The plus 47% had to come from somewhere leaving it 53% down. So another 80% had to be added from somewhere to, to get it up 33% unless I'm mistaken?

Ai reckons: Under most international reporting standards (such as Canada's NI 43-101), inferred mineral resources cannot form the basis of a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) or its associated Net Present Value (NPV) calculation.

It is similar to the total JORC estimate, but that included the inferred which didn't go into the NPV of the PFS. Only the original measured and indicated went in. So, if both are up then the new NPV would be up to relative to what's been taken out of the indicated and into the measured and then what has subsequently been added to the indicated from the original inferred. We'll see and yes though best not to have high expectations of a billion + NPV but it would be nice!

I think we maybe looking at this wrong. Take the PFS measured as 100% now that's increased to 147%, the 47% coming from the indicated. That would leave the indicated, if that was all they had done, from PFS to DFS at only 53%, however, the indicated is up 33% so another 80% (53 + 80) to make it 133% at DFS being added from the original inferred. So value wise we are up a wopping 80%! We might be in for a surprise tomorrow!
