Even in this environment with spodumene at 900 UST will give good profit margins. 2H 2027 totally in the company favour with pridicted spod rises to 1000 UST plus. Just need the ratification every other catalyst to production will follow inturn 80 pence SP.

The company needs to puts some meat on the bones either way, why the ongoing hold ups to ratification cannot keep blaming time delays on the elections.

Reading between the company RNS combined with Ghanaian media speculation assumptions seem to indicate a breakdown with the Piedmont deal due to NDC gaining majority government after recent elections. Thinking the NDC requires a bigger partnership with Atlantic via a new MIIF agreement. Piedmont is being forced out hence not paying down their debts to Atlantic, mixed messaging, negative conatations from the new CEO Lucas, Sayona merging with Piedmont. Make sense for Ghana, NDC to take out Piedmont at this stage partnership via MIIF for 50% interest in Atlantic. That way they become strategic partners with downstream offtakers that could incorporate chemical conversion capabilities. Interesting times ahead for the company with a major catalyst for Atlantic once ratified by parliament. There most be alot of discussions behind the scenes with the company representives, a new place on the Board is still open to MIIF. News could drop anytime would've be surprised to see another pump back to 20p before ratification occurs on the basis of pending positive news flow, always a leaky ship in these circumstances.

Sairfecht, no not that optermistic wait until MIIF audit completes hence this could be causing our delay. I said wait and see, maybe amendments to the agreement maybe not, confident it will ratify in time!

Maybe the audit is causing the delay to ratification. Once mining lease ratified by parliament, MIIF take up second script of shares. Straight away their obligated to give Atlantic the desperately required second cash injection. Atlantic already received 5 million USD from MIIF so IMHO I would imagine MIIF will still proceed.

This is mandatory for all mining leases in Ghana to be ratified by parliament. Keith statement supports the fact that the delay was due to elections. Keith mentioned 1% community revenue fund. No mention of renegotiating of agreement, wait and see, sit tight.
