I just see it as a delay tactic for Piedmont, ratification happens soon, new terms may mean less equity for Merger Co, higher percentage for MIIF or kept the same deal. Mr Emmanuel did state on NEW mineral deposits so Ewoyaa deposit may not come under any new terms, wait and watch mode.

I agree after ratification more challenges, however major de-risking of the project to occurr due to MIIF commitments to Atlantic Lithium. Chinese binding offtake partnering seems plausible. Merger Co fully funded for Ewoyaa mine development once new company formed. At least we know the company and associates are fully engaged with Mr Emmanuel NDC Land Minister. ALL RNS headline should of read the above, media speculation did mention recinding of the mining lease was a little over the top tbh IMHO.

If spodumene, carbonate trends upwards be a good omen moving forward. This has been one of the most stressful time in my life investing in Atlantic Lithium.

Really think Atlantic lithium SP so oversold to date.

Atlantic Board must deliver for shareholders by inturn getting a good deal for Ghanaian people that works for a near-term FID to progress mine development.

Hence outstanding payments are conditional on these terms being executed. SYA CEO Lucas sounds positive on Ewoyaa, except for current spodumene price. Anyway I am not aware bitter shareholder, it is what it is. Would like this project to be a success to all existing shareholders, seems like progress has been made.

Commencement of funding by Piedmont is conditioned upon receipt of all regulatory approvals necessary to begin construction on the Project, or otherwise agreed between the Company and Piedmont.
