Atlantic reports today, maybe positive update on ratification timeline, cost cutting, MIIF, offtake etc.

Lithium price bottoming out again, many analysts suggest Q4 25 onwards into 2026 will see momentum to higher spodumene and chemical prices. Be great for a end of year rally in lithium equities especially if Atlantic has all boxes ticked to confirm FID at Ewoyaa.

Ewoyaa first production Q4 2027!?!

April ratification may include new royalty concessions to the agreement in favor of Atlantic. MIIF news when it breaks, if positive, will be massive, especially if they keep to the original non binding agreement (20p) etc.

Very positive that the company is taking a counter-cyclical approach to bringing on FID. Forward thinking, spodumene prices in 2 years trigger point!

ramonm post needs to be processed, what is the ramifications for atlantic lithium. maybe positive or negative time will tell. emmanuel armah-kofi buah requested briefing documents to understand why ratification was upheld in the previous parliament (keith exact words). keith also stated it was atlantic changing the terms (royalties) not the government.

how does this sit with what president mahama said that the government is leveraging the focus of the world towards net-zero emissions to create policies that will ensure that minerals such as lithium are not exported in their raw form but rather refined with value being added to them. keith never mentioned anything about these new policies. does it effect ewoyaa or any future lithium projects in ghana. in africa that been the case to try to add value instead of shipping out dso. maybe the president mahama okay with refined spodumene to sc5.5 that seems to be the reasoning in my mind he's giving to his electorate. not allowing companies to export dso as the chinese did from zimbabwe, mali, nigeria etc etc. makes sense!?

Certainly not thrashing out a new deal. Only changing the royalty fees to a tierd system. NDC Land Minister said he would push it through parliament in March but Keith stated better to issue briefing documents, discuss new requirements with the minister for better understanding before ratification hence April seems the timeline to ratification because of the goverment budget on March 12th L0ngterm.

ramonm, damn right so disappointing the share price continously falling. basically we've bought then sold bought back in again, added tremendous to our holding and still nearly 50% down down, bull****.

i can't bring myself to sell at these levels. just hold and see what happens next few months make or break for the company.

neil herbert should resign immediate effect talking bull**** transformational month of july 2024. he didn't even manage to secure offtake funding blamed on ratification combined with piedmont merger. at least amanda and neil should take wage cuts lead from the front. must be reflected q2 end of march!

Atlantic lithium Board must cut directors pay IMHO especially Amanda and Neil due to SP tanking to date.

The company needs to strengthen its balance sheet.

Yeah he also said in the downturn (present time) Atlantic was looking at renegotiating the deal to a tierd royalty fees 10% above 2000UST. Uneconomical at 1000UST hence the hiatus with spodumene consolidating at 900UST. Make sense no need to rush ratification in the current climate, Keith on the ball!
