2 things: 1) thank you bringing the potential takeover to my attention and answering my questions so far. 2) how do reverse takeovers work? Like why is it so much better for us UBC investors than your usual takeover from a company that is already listed?

For all we know it'll be 6 UBC she's for every 7digital share etc and then we're all out of pocket. So there's a lot of uncertainty here and I think I'd much rather UBC carried on as normal because I would be happy for things to carry on as normal tbh. So if the SP rises in the back of the results tomorrow I may top slice my investment here, especially considering that I have a grand tied up here (which is a lot for a tiny private investor whose new to the game such as myself)! Is that a good idea?

What are people expecting from the news tomorrow? I'm expecting it to be generally quite positive. Not amazing but pretty good.

The EPS is going to be/ is higher than the current SP?!! If so, how has the SP not rocketed on that news? That's mad.

I know how that feels so I totally empathise with you. However the MCAP is still lower than this year's Revenue figure so it is still undervalued. If I had some funds at present I would certainly buy into this. If not right now, once some of the profit taking occurs.

I'm in UBC myself but saying it'll hit 60p is ramping. UBC is a good share but I can't see it hitting 60p anytime soon haha!

Are we just waiting for the end of Nov/early December update or is there something else to look forward to? Still tempted...

I intend to have invested in either this share or NBU or both. I just haven't decided which. NBU is more undervalued but I think CAMK has more chance of a nice big re-rate so it's hard to decide but I'm leaning towards this one :)

I was this close to buying in hoping for the SP to rise to 15p at least. But - with a second major share dilution in a short space of time - I don't feel like they car how they're treating us investors and I don't like that at all. Nor do I like the revenue warning in this RNS. So, for the mean time, I'm out and happy to watch the SP rise or fall without being on board. It's just too risky at present in my opinion. I will be watching though and may well invest later ...

Are MIRA releasing a results update on Friday (tomorrow)???

I heard of GWIN from the Under the Radar forum topic (on General Chat) and considered buying in but didn't in the end. And now look at it! I need to go with my gut instinct a bit more because I keep doing this - GWIN, LEG, UtilityWise, OMIP. And - by sod's law - the ones I do go for go down haha!

Well, with the rate that Audioboo is growing, it won't be long before it reaches 10,000,000 users. Therefore all the more reason to buy in.

Does anyone else think UBC might benefit in the short term once the buzz around the twitter IPO dies down and investors look for similar shares?
