Curiouser, completely agree - this is great move and SEE will soon get the reputation of almost an open source integration into current telematics systems - once other telematics providers see that Guardian can be used by them their clients who want Guardian type systems installed will be happy.
It wouldn't surprise me if other telematics providers start talking to SEE now.

1. There might be a high ball bid
2. Market knows about delay and it pushes it into next year which now will look better - the business just didn't disappear.
3. You know the cash raised in Jan - are you concerned it is gone?

This is an interface method to allow Guardian data to be imported into any 3rd party telematics providers software for further analysis - this is good as it is opening up data to others - like open source software. Means if you have a telematics provider of your own you can have Guardian and still interface if required.

SEE aren't relying on anything they are responding to the demand from OEMs who WANT SEE tech. GM, BMW, Merc and Ford so far. You are saying they have got it all wrong. Cheaper stuff is in cars today so why the demand from these OEMs.? They want the best and most reliable. Relying on demand......you don't seem to see.....and as more OEMs sign up the relentless drumbeat continues. So your logic is by 2025 everyone in the world will buy a brand new level 4 car which is affordable to everyone. Ah see your thought process. You may also need to check the definition of level 4 which is high automation in controlled environments... And only can be activated by the driver when circumstances allow. Oh and hand back when the car deems it cant cope. Tier1's state DMS is required in level 4 but what do they know compared to the well researched A8 who cant even get the broker forecasts right. LOL

As a mimimum new investors should really have read the last year or so RNS's if they are investing in a company for the first time - or why else are they wanting to invest? The difficulty is there are new investors appearing all the time (and will be more since what has happened in the past few weeks). We can't expect the BB to go over all the history of the past x months/years. There was a lot of information given to Bruce which should be enough to get him up to speed. DYOR is a overused saying but really it's important - if I or you are looking at a new share we would do it so why do we not expect others to do the same?

Bilbo if you consider this company the same as the others that you clearly got burnt on sell up (if invested) and move on.
