RE: Recouping losses3 Apr 2019 18:48
I have now sold my substantial holdings, at a massive loss.
My main problem right now is that the BoD still has a softy-softy approach while Arso has clearly demonstrated that it is not afraid of breaking the law - whether it's due to its staff, undue external influence, or a mix of both.
I'd have expected that a firm ultimatum (i.e. "respond to our appeal within exactly two months or legal actions will be filed straight after those two months") would have been issued with the appeal after everything that's happened. And yet, 5 months after legal action was first mentioned by RNS (30 Oct 2018 IIRC), the legal options are still being explored.
And what about litigation finance? It not being mentioned makes me think that Ascent still has not found a willing lender.
In the meantime, the gas pressure is decreasing fast - who knows what will be the income for March and April, considering it went from EURO 70k to 44k between January and February (somebody correct me if I'm wrong).
And we have been told it takes months (and EURO 600k) to order and install compression equipment.
I might come back if it's clear the permits are coming, but for now I'm working hard at recouping my losses in other places.
Good luck to existing holders.
