Only worth asking posters for details of info, and what their sources are so you can check yourself (there are lots and lots of liars on this BB...). Hence my earlier comments saying that the info was in articles via Twitter and the last RNS.

Only use Twitter when users link existing (and legitimate) sources. This is what happend on Monday with those article from the Slovenian press.

Apart from that, people can say whatever they want there, Twitter is almost not regulated, vs this BB.

Stay away from almost every closed Twitter groups on shares. They are bedrocks of group self-manipulation, or schemings to pump / torpedo shares.

Nobody with REAL inside info would be stupid enough to share it to a Twitter group, this could constitute evidence for an insider trading criminal action - all such communications can be disclosed in court proceedings if necessary.

The NGO is NOT planning to appeal - explicitly said in multiple articles linked on Twitter.

The same sources say the appeal period ends on 18 April - so 15 working days from the decision on 28 March, which is the same timing as the period to appeal against Arso decision re: the restimulation permit, appeal which Ascent has filed.

The above articles quoted an official Arso statement re: the preliminary (i.e. open to appeal) IPPC permit grant. So did Monday's RNS from Ascent.

If you'd done your research, you'd have realised that the rise happened after 3rd or 4th news article was shared on Twitter.
