I had my finger on the sell button at 15:15 until I saw the wave of very healthy buys.

This confirms that MACD weekly indicator and the upward gaps (very very roughly 8p and 10p) that point towards a big rise.

Nothing is certain obviously, but I think we just got out of the effect of this morning's scaremongering.

Do market makers not have access to telephones / e-mail / whatsapp / pubs down the road etc. ?

They would instead use a system that costs several pounds for each transaction / alleged "communication" and that's visible to the world at large?

As a trading opportunity, yes. As a long term thing, their incompetence showed no bounds - whether John B can make a difference is too early to say IMO.

I lost a sum well into the five figure after believing the litigation plans back in November 2018.

I somehow recouped about half of my losses thanks to dedicated Twitteratti linking Slovenian press articles about the IPPC award - so no thanks to Ascent and CH.

Now that the litigation plan seems to have gradually vanished, the compressor is one of the claimed reasons for that placing (the rest does not bring more money in the short term).... that's in line with what was said on the 27 Feb re: the EURO 600k cost of it, but also it shows that CH is at last no longer trumpetting that the restim permits are likely to be delivered, and no longer putting his last couple of eggs into a rotten basket.

However, if he does not get that piece of equipment (which we were told on the 27 feb takes several months), he's got nothing left to live on.

And Ascent cannot raise more money if my very very very rough middle-of-the-night maths is correct, in line with the resolutions of last November 2018.

Just not something to get excited about either: people often interpret that as “investment funds” or something along those lines... It probably isn’t.

At least Ascent should now have the cash it needs to survive w/o the permits via the compression equipment that it can now buy (I oft repeated the euro 600k price that we were told at the 27feb presentation.).

I’d be careful with the “institutional investors”’claim: that phrase can include the brokers.

Exactly the same thing was done with NUOG in its Feb/March 2017 placing.

I'm 90% certain it was one: the value of the two trades was almost identical, and the second one was for an SP slightly higher than the first one. Brokers get special deals with MMs when they conduct bed & ISAs, so the buy price is actually very very good.

TPT I’m only pointing out the fact that only you seems to have been able to read it. The Twitter posters that I saw referring to that article were actually referring to your report of it on this BB specifically: I am yet to see someone else who has actually accessed Insijder.com. You may well be honest, but there is no way to check your source as far as I can see, and I’m sure you know that none of us can trust the word of what anyone else says on this BB and Twitter without the possibility of checking their claims independently. I witnessed something comparable when one bloke claimed here that a different unrelated company had refused offers of funding (via placings). Some (other?) guy on Twitter picked it up as fact, and hey presto, this became a fact referred by people for 6-8 months to justify that there would be no placing... and one comes along at a 35% (approx) discount! I have also seen several times first hand evidence of falsification of evidence on this BB and Twitter. So without any proof of claims, I remain sceptical at all times. Happy to forward interesting claims, but I will also underline the flaws in the sources when there are any.

That article looks exactly the same as one linked 2-3 weeks ago (on the same website too), except that in both instances the links didn’t work (or more specifically the article didn’t exist within the online publication in question) so we had to rely the poster’s claim of what it contained. Not that I disagree with those contents, just that we have no way of verifying them that I know...
