It's become a trading share again in the very short term unfortunately: very strong volume encourages a better (though still not great) spread.

Comparison with the SP before and after suggests it was a buy. A nice big fat one.

Worth watching this one closely. The formal confirmation that the IPPC permit has been granted, AHEAD OF THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE (18 April if we can trust the 2-3 articles linked on Twitter last week), shows Arso has become fully co-operative.

Sure, the permit was a given since the only entity allowed to appeal said it would not, but nothing prevented Arso from waiting to the very end just to cover their backsides. Instead Arso stuck its neck out by cutting down a quasi-bureaucratic requirement.

That could always be a ploy to mollify Ascent re: the restimulation permit, and definitely not a guarantee that it will be awarded, but I suspect otherwise.

And Ascent will need money sooner than later for the compressor and/or restimulation.

Nevertheless, look at charts for the best entry, and worth re-assessing this company IMO.

Gatto - it was not. It took many years and backs and forth to get it.

I now think that the restim permit will be granted without the need for legal action after all.

The SP of a buy done under a bed & ISA is always much much much lower than a normal buy.

It's as part of a special deal that stockbrokers have with market makers.

The two trades at 12:03 were almost certainly a bed & ISA: the SP of the second trade was marginally higher than that of the first strade, and the £ value of both trades looked identical (so slightly fewer shares in the second trade, since it was a buy at a higher SP, and we need to factor in the trading fee probably too...)

Bed & ISA is the technical term for share sell/buys for the purpose of transfering a holding into an ISA.

If this is the latter you meant, those big sells are (unfortunately) almost certainly not Bed & ISAs: otehrwise, there'd be a transaction for an almost identical amount, at an ever-so-her SP, after each first sell. And in the present case, the SP of the subsequent same-sized transaction is even lower...

The 30 day claim had no substance whatsoever. I trust more 2-3 Slovenian news articles over a random date given by a poster. Even more so as I explicitly wrote that 15 working days (28 mar - 18 apr) is the same time that Ascent was given to appeal the restimulation decision. But people don’t read more than 3 line posts....

The IPPC appeal window closes on Thursday if those several press articles are indeed to be believed.
