(And if a holder of shares via a nominee account had to be named separately, then his/her shares would have to be deducted from the percentage attributed to "HL nominees", "HSBC nominees" etc - otherwise, those shares would be accounted for twice in the list of major holders.)

Sharelock - if gell has bought those via accounts such Hargreaves Landsdown or HSBC, those may be held in the name of those institutions. They are nominee accounts - hence my question to him.

So it is perfectly possible that some people own more than Lasththrow but are off the radar.

Dave85 - I largely agree about the points of yours:

(1) URU (and all AIM shares in general) being sentiment driven in largely part. Sentiment is not here at present.
(2) JZ has regularly missed deadlines, and you rightly (IMO) suggest that CCC may well not have achieved its transition into being a pure cannabis player after a year for that very reason.

They were reported on the official log of trades, they definitely weren't dummy trades.

I wouldn't be so dumb as placing that order through NEX, I'd have made sure it were on LSE so that more people would see it. = p

Agreed, an offer can be kept confidential and does not have to be made public.

Proof: PFD was given an offer in (March IIRC) 2016 that was kept confidential until the CEO publicly announced that he had rejected it as being too low.
