"At best" is really dangerous for illiquid shares with MMs are more likely to charge a big fat premium...

It's been suggested (by Robbie Burns / the Naked Trader IIRC?) that even MMs follow the obvious charting signals, and therefore they manipulate transactions as much as they can to cheat those signals, for example to prevent the SP from going below the T-line / EMA8 so people are less likely to think that a downtrend has "officially" started and thus prevent a sell-off.

That's subtle only and doesn't trump screamingly obvious signs...

Even AST has more chances of 1-3 bagging in a couple of months, if not less, IMO - if you believe that a sale for reasonable terms will indeed happen.

I'm heavy in UKOG which is on a nice uptrend, and EUZ (I'm not in.) looks good too from a pure T.A. POV - i.e. there are surer opportunities in the short term IMO.

DaveWin - may I suggest you don’t spend too much time arguing on this or any other trading BB. Those who are not trolls and/or do not have ulterior motives often succumb to what I call “trading BB rage”, often due to the importance of the topic discussed (their savings!). News of what specifically? Everybody knows what's going on, what's happening on the site is there for all to see (especially thanks to our team of photographers / cameramen on the ground on Twitter).

I was only referring to possible preliminary figures, which will probably not be a big surprise either considering the great results so far.
