RE: Lastest RNS from stifle31 Jul 2019 00:31
Sorry boring myself now, but volume is also another factor to consider with the declarations. Any delay in reporting can be second guessed with the number of shares traded.
We are still trading in a narrow spread so ignore the buys and sells ratio. They are trying to paint a picture of another day at the office as they buy shares as cheaply as possible. Trying to trade within the ‘band of shares available in the open market ‘ Drop it too low and investors will pounce on the risk v reward opportunity, or pay a premium and risk a breakout.
As this plays out, there is also the probability that AMERs fundamentals improve and the valuation becomes more attractive.
AMER looks weak, but the informed investor knows better.
You can value the assets, hedge the PoO and the currency but forget about the price of the potential. Even those investors that think 25p a share is reasonable will admit that production is likely to rise year on year.
