Invested in bios for quite a few years now and from experience if there were any talks of a partnership deal then TM will not be able to comment. Yes, it may be discussed on a 'what if' scenario but any official talks will be gagged by way of a Non Disclosure Contract. I'm sure some will not be happy with that but they are the facts.

Ragnar, thought I had missed something in relation to the delay. Been busy with a renovation project so not always on the ball. I'm glad they did not report the production problems in January and February at Millsell. Maybe they didn't want to push the revenue point in lieu of any dividend news. Agree all seems positive for this year and very much under the radar of many investors. Will keep my investment for another quarter on the hope that they will give investors some direction on any planned yield.

Underlining replacement cost profit increase of 71% in this quarter. Very impressive :)

Thanks yrabs... The FCA have clear rules on DTR 5.1. A holder must notify the issuer if the threshold exceeds or falls below 3 percent up to 10 percent and then every percentage point thereafter. I am assuming that those 4 large sells at 16p at around 11am on the 27th are the same person and if that amount approx. 2m did not trigger a holdings statement then I assume it was a holder below the 3 percent or one of the larger holding ii.

yrabs... my average is 24p having to swallow the huge spread (keep it clean). I think many got caught on a spike at a similar level but can see it recovering well above that price after some of the traders have sold. Did not over expose myself here so pretty relaxed with the day to day movements although I have to admit I was a little anxious prior to the 27th.

K3 it is the FDA that set the criteria for any P3 trial. Not IMM. Poker, any decision on another trial will again have to be with the approval of the FDA. There is so much misinformation on the bb at the moment it will only make the sp more volatile in absence of any news from the company. Reading the posts over the weekend, I expected this certain RNS at 7am and the sp to touch 50p. No wonder the sp is struggling to find a level.

yrabs.. looks like the brakes came off on Friday lunch. A broken sale of approx. 2m shares at 16p around 11am. Surprised that we haven't had a holdings RNS. A slow and steady rise will suit me fine.

Wasn't aware of problems at Millsell but they seem to have rectified the tailings grade after the licence delay. Highest recorded production for March should see final year end production being met. Revenue of just over $1m in first quarter disappointing but a profit is a profit. Still no direction for investors on the introduction of the dividend. It would have been nice to have finished the bullish company statement off with an announcement along those lines.

Safetrader your not wrong. However the CEO has stepped down. You never know, she may be off loading her allocation of shares :) Glad to see the spread a little more 'normal' now.

Thanks for the link Judge. Opinion was split a couple of months ago on the PoO. GS have remained bullish for quite a while and that seems to be the trend, certainly for the next few months. Diversification by BP on top of revenue from high crude prices should see a healthy return for those invested.

billy, wouldn't be too hard on yourself. I prefer to buy on the way up rather than look for the bottom. Congrats if you do but equally lucky if you sell at the top. I agree with fruitbat, my only concern was the FTSE being toppy. BP did not really follow the gains but likely to follow any sell off. I know the Trump affect has been discussed before but the markets seem to like him. I can see the bullish trend to continue. Ex div not too far now, everything lining up nicely for further rises.

with experience in this type of financing. Been looking at this company since reading an article in the Daily Mail. This seems unique to North America and has been slightly restructured for the Europeans. The yield is currently 6% or thereabouts and their 'partners' seem to be well established businesses going through a period of growth. Dilution is obviously the downside but the cash raised goes back into the business with additional partner(s) Free float is small which should prevent the usual wild sp fluctuations and MC increase potential going forward. Seems quite a niche market for now....

billy, wasn't that long that I think you mentioned 510 as a target. Breezed through that so I'm just letting this run. Only natural for us to think in round numbers I guess. The FTSE has been strong for the last few years yet BP have lagged behind. There is nothing to suggest we cannot exceed the �6 target but now we have some wriggle room this should be an enjoyable investment to watch. Good weekend to all....

Nonplus. Totally disagree. He is paid to do a job. He has done it very well. Remember he had a placing to sell at 140. The guy is a genius. He did the sensible thing and secured it prior to the results.

Tony, I would also suggest the rampers share a degree of responsibility, not just MMs. After all it is their job to create the market and profit from transactions. Whether you like it or not those plucking random price targets out of their dishonest mentality are to blame for many losing their hard earned cash. No doubt a few wont like my post as they look for the 'crook' of gold that is never to be found but will convince you its there.

itsgambling. Many LTHs sold out before the P3 results. Crazy to hold a multi bagger even though the lead up to the results were promising. I did advise others to do the same. I guess the majority of what you consider to be LTHs are those that hyped the company leading up to the last placing. My final 30% was sold last week when the other herd arrived. There is very little mentioned about the other lead compounds and shows a lack of knowledge by the vast majority of pi's. Have to admit I was disappointed for those Lupus sufferers but believe IMM's technology is the best way forward. The mistake that was never touched upon prior to the P3 update was the amount of patients in Mauritius that was recruited with the support of their government. I would guess that their standard of care was pretty poor pre trial and given a placebo and support during the trial process exaggerated the comparisons. Just my view of course. Will re invest here when all the hype and traders have gone but this is definitely not a 'lost cause' From memory the historical low was about 18p 3 years ago (without dilution)
