Hi Bermuda, been here a couple of months now. Felt the fall was overdone especially being fully funded and ongoing trial. CEO going further undermined sentiment which exaggerated weakness. All in the past now with so much potential. Outstanding RNS this morning.

Not so sure this is the top. A long way to go yet. 55p is quite easily achievable in the short term. Not many shares up for grabs. Wont be many (if any profit takers) at these levels. All lining up nicely to meet Numis's target price.

No worries LiF can remember being " slated' for suggesting that it would be foolish not to top slice at 180. Greed is the investors Achilles heal. Advice and comments on what use to be a good bb just wash over me. Wish you all the best with your investment here. leas

May take a few days for the news to be fully digested by the institution's. Only a matter of time for a 're rate. Not seen the presentation yet but there is no doubt that today's RNS is going to attract a lot of interest.

Tbh why not when you look at the last few months. A bit of exuberance as we come off the lows on positive news is understandable. A bit like a stallion being released after a month of box rest. :)

You would think that there will be some press coverage after today's news. FLU-v is effective across a broader spectrum, any reported effects where mild to moderate. 'FLU-v was shown to induce the strongest immunological response rates and this group also experienced a 60% reduction in influenza confirmed infections and an 83% reduction in the number of influenza confirmed cases with severe symptoms compared to placebo' Overwhelming confirmation of the results. Just reads better and better.

marineville, not 9am yet and a few hours before the presentation. They will have to raise that bid to free up shares as I guess that not many in free float. Potential here is huge so it's worth the frustration of seeing that ridiculous spread that we have had for the last few weeks.

Longy I think it's safe to say that any weak holders will have gone by today and the sp start to reflect the massive commercial potential. Excellent safety in the 11b trials... In the spirit of Dragons Den 'I'll make you an offer' :)

Only have to replicate the 2b trials. The vaccine works across a broader flu type spectrum so will no doubt be the preferred choice of stock pending any flu breakout. Presentation will be very interesting today :)

FLU-v is intended to address a number of key shortcomings associated with current annual influenza vaccines whose effectiveness varies from year to year, which need to be redesigned every year, are available in limited quantities due to manufacturing cost, complexity and lead times and which offer limited protection over pandemic influenza. A synthetic universal flu vaccine offering long lasting protection across a broad spectrum of influenza which could be given to a much broader population would be a significant step forward, and a potential future blockbuster in terms of sales. Huge commercial potential :)

Another holdings RNS. Been on my watch list for quite a while. First tranche of 10k @ 124.1. Can see a swift reversal of current trend when those shorts close. Time will tell

billy, I thought you average was 480? 20% return (so far) is hardly a burden. I was hoping for a pullback to 550. You never know it may coincide with div payment day. :)

smalltrader. Have I missed something? Why would some want to take profits tomorrow. Only a small minority of shareholders have an average of 205 or less and at today's closing price that's only 5%. If you take in account the spread, dealing costs then I cannot see any profits to be had. Any weakness tomorrow will be due to the wider market or negative news. I would guess there is a bit more to go before investors 'cash in their chips'

Maybe a bit early to call Bob but the sp has been more resilient of late. I bought at 207 thinking that it had already hit the bottom only for it to fall back again. The news about the CEO departing may be the catalyst for a rise in the sp and fingers crossed that any announcement of a successor gives the sp a further lift.

Hi hunky. Sold just prior to the last placing. Bought my tranches between 19 and 50 with the majority at the latter end. Got a good entry point with bp on the profits so enjoying a 7% yield. Will probably use that to buy here as I believe there is commercial value in lupuzor. Not convinced yet by all the hype but if I'm wrong 'such is life's Good luck on your second bite leas

Elegance I understand your frustration. However, it is very childish to cry out deramper if a view is contrary to yours. Will refrain from posting my opinion even though we keep the right of free speech in the EU. Off with his head!

Elegance the large reported after close buys yesterday were determined on the bid buy at the time reported to the market. Why would the price drop if large orders of that size needed to be filled. I would be more worried it was indeed a buy as it indicates a large seller in the background. The current trend suggests that the market is not convinced of all this speculation and even if it was true any deal is not going to happen overnight. The trend will reverse of course and at some point you will all be right.
