K3 the trial was not flawed by design but was put together by IMM and the FDA review team. I would suggest the trial failed because of the interpretation of the reduction in the SLEDAI 2k by the Medical Examiners. Also another thing of note the FDA can put a failed P3 drug through to P4 if the benefits outweigh the risks and there is a demand for treatment in a particular disease. kadavul, the voting rights shares are those that are issued to investors and are used to calculate the percentage of the company they own. Those that are held in treasury are those bought by the company but do not carry any rights and not entitled to dividend payments. It helps reduce the capital expenditure when having to pay a yield and the costs in executing it. Many companies cancel the shares after a period of time. There is also the long term diluting affect of scrip dividends so buying voting right shares cancels out the amount of extra shares in circulation. Hope this is of help.

Bought my property as it close to the ferry terminals and not too far from the airport. The current Mrs leas is part Spanish whose family have properties in Nerja so spend the winter months on the Costa Del Sol. Despite the stronger Euro buying property in France is a no brainer, property is pretty much stagnant. billy, looking at the state of the roads in the UK you would think charge points are not the priority. We have a place in northern France and have to carry 3 different types of charging cards. We don't bother using it over there now, we just garage it for 7 months of the year. When energy storage improves that imo will be the planet's game changer. BP's diversification into renewables should see a good return in the future but for now the planet's demand for oil is still rising.

Did slice at 593 and bought BT for a short term play. BP's recent rise looked a bit too hot and BT oversold. Any purchase at this price looks good and below even better. 620 to 640 range looks more achievable now and wouldn't surprise me if sentiment drives it further depending on timing.

I suspect there will also be media coverage over the weekend that may have the same affect on the sp. In truth you could say that the recent low was partially due to investor sentiment and negative press. The opposite applies too.

2227, the sp is following the PoO trend. Agree that futures are particularly difficult at the moment to predict given the other issues around the world and in particular Donald Trump. Expected a fall in the sp this week, nothing better than a bit of consolidation in order to achieve higher highs. My view is the sp will re rate when revenue figures are published so any dips present a good opportunity for investors.

froggy, I think today's article in the Guardian and Hammonds expectation of companies delivering it can only be achieved by creating a better environment for telecom companies. If the government are unable to assist in financing that then the only thing they can do is give incentives to companies. Less regulation etc. As always they will probably step in after that point. Bureaucracy and hypocrisy at it's best. That said, I think the news will help the sp along..

Been on the sidelines after the recent fall. Director buys swayed me to purchase my first tranche. Investors like round numbers and those waiting for the dip below 200p may decide that is less likely as sentiment improves. Sp driven by ii's so my reasoning is immaterial. Maybe a stronger finish today.
