we are now into summer and no further forward, and no reasons given as to why.
Here is my post from 17 June in the last few days before the anticipated delivery of a before the summer decision when posters were getting just a little bit giddy - maddog's posts are from a fantasy world:

Rumour fuels greed which the Aktie owners love as they can manipulate the gullible swedes into buying in reasonable volume. A few British investors have been suckered in as usual.
The big difference on this occasion is that your own CEO has provided the impetus for the rumour mill’s momentum with his casual and very rash “ before the summer “ comment. Absolute manna from heaven for the swedes.
Once this week has passed without a decision, the apologists for the lovely swedes and lovely Kurt will be posting stuff such as, well it’s still summer. It could happen any time in the next few weeks. Then the shenanigans will pass, the SP will fall and the Aktie owner’s will be busy counting their winnings.
Simples.

Now, that post was derided as negative drivel.
what has happened reflects exactly the content of the post.
Kurt Budge is the CEO. He needs to change tack, adopt a plan B, move up a couple of gears to break this deadlock. The Swedes want Kurt to do nothing as they intend to continue to do nothing. He must do what they least want or expect, or this will never reach a conclusion.

Can I recommend the one hit duo from the 1960s, Zager & Evans. Their musical glimpse into the future reflects your endlessly elastic timescale.

The first meeting between the company and the office of Mr Baylan took place 6 whole years after the application was lodged. The meeting being requested by the BEM chairman.
Do you not think it odd that Kurt has been banging on about an ongoing dialogue when no meetings had taken place.
The final insult being that after waiting for six years to have the initial meeeting, Baylan was a no show. He sent his secretary.

I would ask what the cost of not pursuing a cast iron legal case has already cost, and will continue every day to add to the cost while Kurt sits with his feet up. Multiple fundraising bouts, all at heavily discounted prices, wayward, imho, investment in Kosovo etc etc.
Time is the enemy of BEM, which the swedes are utilising perfectly and Kurt advocates waiting. BEM does not have the luxury of more time to waste / wait.
Kurt can always get another job.

My summary would be more pithy.
You, along with your fellow investors are paying for Kurt to sit on his hands. Quite astonishingly, investors sat mesmerised by Kurt at the AGM and didn’t think to ask any of the questions you list and which have been the only topic of conversation on here for 5 years.

If Budge got yet another free ride at the AGM and not a single question put to him about the concession progress / delay then, frankly I would be very angry as an investor. Yet the posts of the last 24 hours are utterly pathetic

Well, if that is the best you can manage, any further moaning about the appalling and unjustifiable delay has no credibility. I don’t want to see it. Yesterday was the opportunity to question the man paid to get this over the line, and it seems you wasted it.

The absence of any posts sharing feedback from the AGM shouts one thing very loud and very clear.
Investors have written off Kallak as a failed opportunity. It's disappeared off the radar now.
If there was any realistic chance of a decision investors would have been queuing round the block to rip into Budge.
The moment has passed. There will be no kine at Kallak as long as BEM is viable which it won't be much longer.

So much time has passed now under Kurt’s tenure without progress, as CEO I have to criticise his public passiveness and reluctance to do anything other than wait.

Should Kurt have nothing to reveal ( and if he had it would have been leaked ) then I imagine the meeting will be very brief and restricted to the legal requirements only.
If I were Kurt I would want to be out of the room as quickly as possible.

In theory, increasing Swedish ownership should be a good thing.
In practice it has not, for some years now, made a jot of difference. Anyway the swedes are selling today. Currently down 5.41 which represents a recovery from a low of 0.810 SEK.
I have never wavered from my view that the swedes are implacable and will make no decision.

Unless he pulls a very large and overdue rabbit out of the hat today, Kurt should offer his resignation.
He has achieved nothing in terms of increasing shareholder value in 4 years, or is it 5? And misled investors with his rash and unfounded “ before the summer “ assertion, which, do not forget was in an RNS, the content of which is subject to regulation

A refusal on Kallak removes the company's ability to raise funds. Game over. It won't happen though. It is less contentious to continue to withhold the decision.
