Clearly you have not followed the history of my posts so your supposition about my motives are way off. So I will enlighten you.
I was invested reasonably here but sold up when I realised the swede’s game is to strangle BEM out of existence. Their patience could quite easily be measured in geological timescales. The ore is in Sweden and it’s going nowhere until the government say so.
And they will not say so to BEM.
My hope was to buy back in if the license was granted.
The damage has been done. The law is not breached if there is no decision. And Kurt, in my opinion does not have the wherewithal to wrong foot the swede’s Implacable inertia.
Now perhaps you can stop with the playground silliness and confine your comments to this ( hypothetical ) investment?

Quote the whole RNS if you want. Before the summer is what he said. There was no indication from the swedes which corroborated that view. The swedes are the ones making the decision and are the only ones who can state a timescale.
They have not made any such statement, have they.
So any mention of a timescale, even notional, particularly in an RNS was, in my view, rash and misleading.

The comment was made in an RNS, the content of which is subject to regulation. The comment was clearly price sensitive too.

Unfortunately the groundswell of opinion which persists amongst many investors is that the concession is about to be awarded and sitting mute and waiting is the only option.
This was evidenced at the AGM two weeks ago at which Budge was congratulated rather than challenged on having failed in the single most vital task as CEO.
Apathy rules.
Most investors with any sense will have written off their stake in BEM.

This has been a stand off for far too long. Budge needs to wrong foot the swedes. Doing nothing suits the swedes perfectly.
I would imagine Baylan gave no consideration to the first meeting between his office and the company in six years, which Baylan did not even bother to attend personally.
Despite the EU having churned out acres of legislation covering just about every conceivable and pointless occurrence, there is no legislation, as far as I know, preventing the total lack of co-operation between two member states over a simple and well documented mining application and process.

is a nobody in terms of the government making the decision. Kurt has spent far too much time with him, when the pressure should have been piled on the government since the last ( unnecessary ) submission of information in March 2018.
The rot set in last summer when Budge stated in an RNS that the election would delay the decision.
It will soon be a year since that election. I have lost faith completely in the board. They are there for the ride at investor’s expense.
The lack of feedback from the AGM evidencing any sense of urgency from the board or investors I found completely unfathomable.
