Up until 6 months ago, I was a big KB fan and said so many times in here.
Now I’m more inclined to believe he is a bullsh*tter. Happy to sit and wait and tell us he is hopeful of a decision. The constant dialogue with the government is just not true. Ballance was in office for 6 months before the BEM chairman paid his office a visit and Ballance sent along his secretary in his place.
This application is not being prioritised at all. The Swedes are not to be trusted. In his entire tenure, is it 4or 5 years now, Kurt has been a miserable failure in achieving the single overriding issue he should have dealt with as CEO.
As things stand there is zero clarity from the swedes on a timescale for a decision, nor is there any commitment from the Swedes to communicate with the company.
Neither has Kurt boxed off such anomalies as the late designation of Kallak as an ANI for reindeer herding when the ANI for mineral extraction in Kallak had already been in place for 6 years.
Nor has he provided any information on the reasons for the flash crash over 2 years ago.
TheCAB were allowed to ride roughshod over the application process and frankly couldn’t find their own arse with both hands. Their ineptitude has not been challenged by the company.
Where has Asa, the head of the MI disappeared to? The agency responsible for issuing the license who has backed the application on two separate occasions. When was the last meeting between the company and her?

The prime suspect in terms of manipulating the SP is your own CEO for his crass “ before the summer “ comment back in April.
As this comment appeared in an RNS he should be investigated in light of it’s lack of foundation and it’s effect on the SP.
I wonder how many of his city mates he told he was going to make the comment and to buy before it appeared?
