You are way off the mark citing the historical advisory no thanks from the CAB:
1. Their view has universally been accepted as flawed / unsound/ biased
2 Their view is not “ the decision “
3. The CAB throughout all the political chicanery have never been the decision maker.

I repeat.
A no decision is not a legal option.
If it were it would have happened already.
Can't say no, won't say yes. The law or thteat of will make them say yes.

No. The review is irrelevant if the company make a legal challenge which will only happen because the government can not say no under their own miming legislation.
The lack of a decision is 100% political.
It is time to dismantle that barrier and the application of law is the apprpriate set of tools available to achieve that.
If the government has sny sense it will grant the cincession immediately to avoid further damage to their failing reputation.

Newspapers in Stockholm are reporting the divorce of the Baylans in acrimonious circumstances!
Apparently, Mrs Baylan had been waiting almost 7 years for mr Baylan to fix a dripping tap in the utility room, but despite her best efforts, Mr Baylan remained implacable in his position of neutrality on the benefits / dangers of a dripping tap.
Having sought the conflicting advice of several local plumbers, the local council and Stockholm water conservation groups, mr Baylan felt his stance of non involvement removed any possibility of comeback from competing plumbers and would avoid any potential conflict.
Mrs Baylan was unavailable for comment....

Down the road another 6 months to allow politicians time to dream up a reason to delay beyond then.

He is not rocking the boat, and that is all that matters to Swedish politicians

Budge has paid two top Swedish law firms to confirm the application is legally sound.
Their conclusion, as anyone could foresee, is that it is.
Despite the Swede's assertion that the law is sufficient to decide the fate of the application, sadly, it is politics which is deciding to make no decision.
Therefore the very expensive legal advice is irrelevant.
As long as no decision is made, the law sits impotently on the sidelines
Budge does not have the bottle to challenge the inertia at law, in my opinion.
The company has no employees and almost no assets.
Budge, Farm and the Swedish advisory board take a handsome stipend for spectating, doing very little, and achieving even less.

The years you quote cover a period in which the expectation of the granting of a license at Kallak were, at least notionally, believable.
That is no longer the case:
The MIs opinion is clearly irrelevant .
The CAB’s amateurish and obvious ( illegal ) blundering barely raised a shrug.
The great hope of a new government was unfounded. Baylan is a clone of Damberg - a liar and a fraud.
All the faux engagement of the Swedish government has proved, as if there were any doubt, that no intention to make a decision exists.
“ forthcoming “, “ prioritised “, “ documentation is being prepared “ is all baloney.
The last dying embers of hope were p*ssed on by Baylan at the mining conference at the end of November.
And your CEO just sat and watched, as he has throughout, on a very generous £3k a week plus shares etc etc.
I would suggest you look further back in time to see where the SP will be in 12 months time- sub 2p without any shadow of a doubt.
And there will likely be two more fundraising rounds during 2020 to pump money into the unregistered and unregulated adventure in Kosovo.
Kallak as a mining prospect will not become a reality in the foreseeable future.
Either write off your investment or sell up and forget this debacle ever happened.

Nothing to lose territory was entered over 3 years ago.
The lack of action is a disgrace and needs to be challenged.
Budge’s career depends on it, although he’s probably got enough stashed not to care, like most of our politicians.

If that conversation happened, which I doubt, why would you betray that confidence on a message board?
Kurt Budge is playing this too half heartedly, and the current impasse is increasing his wealth, not yours.

Budge tries my patience enough, but the apologists and the wait forever and do nothing brigade are the essence of delusion.

I am sick of reading Budge's whining.
Even the casual observer will see that Baylan has completely ignored everything he has said.
Time for legal action is long overdue.
Investors should all be insisting on this and without delay.
The government have never had any intention of making a decision.
Time for the law.
