Budge has paid two top Swedish law firms to confirm the application is legally sound.
Their conclusion, as anyone could foresee, is that it is.
Despite the Swede's assertion that the law is sufficient to decide the fate of the application, sadly, it is politics which is deciding to make no decision.
Therefore the very expensive legal advice is irrelevant.
As long as no decision is made, the law sits impotently on the sidelines
Budge does not have the bottle to challenge the inertia at law, in my opinion.
The company has no employees and almost no assets.
Budge, Farm and the Swedish advisory board take a handsome stipend for spectating, doing very little, and achieving even less.
