HBD posts decent comments and research whereas those that choose to make personal attacks against the BoD are not being very objective. They are merely venting and not contributing one jot. There is no issue with Abers view other than his constant and personal attacks against the BoD. He isn't the only one, but I note that they all remain. here rather than sell out. Weird. Some complain about not taking part in the recent subscriptions but then state in a different thread they wouldn't throw more money away buying on the open market. Also weird.

Serious point though - Individuals should be very wary of making libellous statements even on a chatboard. I would cite the case of RRR v Carp as a precedent. Some of the allegations here border being libellous and are very personal attacks on the BoD or individual members of the BoD. There is no fraud being perpetrated by the BoD. There is no manipulation of negotiations by Stephen Parker on behalf of his mates. I am not in the legal profession but would advise having a google of RRR v Carp. I remember it well. Evening FTC - yes I am I suppose - we have all, including you, had ample opportunities to top up. Good analogy HBD

We are all in the same boat Ben - cheap top ups will eventually pay dividends in my view. My query is to those complaining as to why they haven't had an opportunity to take part in the subscriptions at 20p and 22.5p. It all seems illogical to me especially as most here (myself included) would not be HNWI's therefore would only purchase a very limited amount.

For the record, I feel that the BoD have done a very good job in the face of significant adversity. We all agreed that the RF deal was poor, but we don't know the catalysts for that decision. Maybe somebody pulled out of a potential deal. We simply do not know. Also, if it was the only deal on the table, it was a correct decision to take it or turn the lights out completely. Subsequent progress confirms to me that it was a correct decision at the time it was taken.

For those of you complaining about timelines etc: and who want absolutes in their lives should consider the abuse that has been handed out to both Tim and Stephen Parker over a period of time. It is little wonder that the BoD are reluctant to engage when they receive an absolute kicking from shareholders over the smallest snippet of information. Surely you have all experienced house moves not going to plan, job plans going out the window unexpectedly etc:

The drive for "absolutes" is wholly unrealistic when there are so many external factors affecting progress and funding. There is clearly an anti Stephen Parker agenda on here. I am not sure why unless it is just hissy-fitting over not having ones cake and eating it.

All this crap about taking part in share subscription cuts no ice. You could all have got in at 10p and at every step of the way up to 20p not so long back. Yes I see it. But it states that they endeavour to......7 months further on from the RNS and you are mis-quoting. The update from Tim states what I have copied and pasted. The landscape for Sareum is changing within those 7 months. But you cut no slack. You stated Sareum would be sub 20p but that has come and gone (so far) and you have been negative and inconsistent at every opportunity. In 7 months time will you be accountable for these comments? Of course not. You will be delighted with further progress and tell us all how you predicted it.

Could you copy and paste said paragraph for everyones benefit Potnak. Your penchant for absolute accuracy from the BoD needs to be mirrored by yourself. You also were predicting delays well into 2025/26, so to me that particular forecasted timeline has been reduced by implication in the latest RNS's.

SDC-1801 (autoimmune disease)

SDC-1801 is a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor being developed as a potential new therapeutic for a range of autoimmune diseases with an initial focus on psoriasis, an autoimmune condition affecting the skin.

· After the period end, Sareum announced the completion of the single ascending dose (SAD) element and the food effect study of a Phase 1a clinical trial for the lead programme SDC-1801.

· Preliminary blinded safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics data from the trial indicate a favourable profile and support once daily oral dosing of patients.

· These preliminary results indicate that SDC-1801 has the potential to achieve therapeutically effective dose levels with no serious adverse events.

· The multiple ascending dose (MAD) study of SDC-1801 is ongoing and topline data from the Phase 1a clinical trial are expected to be available during Q2 2024.

· Sareum's intellectual property portfolio has been strengthened with patent grants in China in June 2023 and Japan in November 2023. Post-period, in March 2024, the European Patent Office has issued a Notice of Allowance for a patent relating to SDC?1801.

I suggest that we all read the half yearly report RNS dated March. Just to fact check of course.

It's obviously about interpretation FTC - your view is negative - fair enough, but the RNS stated quite clearly that 1802 would be accelerated. As for strategy. It is clearly defined on their website so not sure where you are coming from. Timelines may be a valid point but Sareum definitely moving on.

Your view is fine but not shared by a lot on here for the reasons stated above. You obviously haven't sold yet either.

Good morning Alice. Under normal circumstances you would expect the sp to drop to the level of the subscription price of 22.5p. This hasn’t happened due to buying pressure. The trades in black are mostly late reported trades. So if you look at the date/time stamp you will see that they were buys. Looks as though the mms are still order filling. Good so performance so far
