Excellent timing and positioning by Sareum BoD. Just in time for Investeval in London in early November. We may well attract a lot of attention from investors as a result. As I have stated previously, there is a huge disconnect between progress and sp. Daily fluctuations mean very little in the Grand scheme of things. All good here.

In my view, the acceleration of 1802 in translational studies is the best part. Somebody wants this also.

I do not forecast sp as you well know - the market is often disconnected from any form of progress as we have witnessed. My mantra has been to follow the news and wait it out.

I get the impression that you are quite a controlling individual who hedges his bets so that you can continue to dominate chatboard exchanges with “I told you so - I knew this would happen”

I have no problem with a negative view and understand fully why some may develop one over time. Most would sell up and move on. I am long term bullish if that helps you and I won’t waiver unless we receive news to the contrary. If we go under I would be the first to apologise for my positive views. I have continued to add at the recent lower price if you must know but I do not want my trades to become the subject of a soap opera. I just do it.

"I'm not arrogant enough to think I am right" Really. You constantly assert that you are right and argue against anyone that may challenge or question your assertions. You are a fence sitter who will argue with any point of view.

This week you have been very quiet by your own standards. You know what I am driving at though.

Sareum has no money unless it raises funds in return for shares etc: It is the only source and dilution is inevitable. I think the chatboards do influence would be investors and put them off purchasing. Similarly, weak holders will give up and go elsewhere for a quick buck. You know that as well as I do. The timelines highlighted this morning are a bit off in my view, but irrespective of that we have no idea whether there are negotiations taking place over the coming weeks/months and that the Landscape could change dramatically at the drop of a hat. I happen to think this latest raise is quite astute as warrants are yet to be exercised which means more cash into the coffers along with a bit more dilution. The BoD cannot be held hostage to any negotiations and then be left high and dry if nothing is agreed. So it makes sense to maintain progress and to keep Sareum in the shop window so to speak. Prudent management I would suggest and not milking the Company as Aber suggests.

Potnak - you cannot dominate the negative narrative in order to create FUD and then play the victim when you feel like it. There is no agenda and everyone wants the same outcome presumably. Some of us (myself included) push back against the negative dialogue as we wish to protect our investment. The Fudsters provide as much speculation as the cheer leaders but nobody really knows the actual state of play other than the BoD. I am quite happy on a personal note and, yes, I did mitigate the downside of dilution with more cheap buys. We all reap what we sow or can afford to sow. Keeping a fledgling business afloat and looking after shareholders interests at this stage is impractical as the BoD will not be able to do both.

Yesterday’s market cap increased this morning with additional shares being added. SP reduction today probably takes the m/cap back to where it was yesterday but now includes new shares

Nothing heard Enki. It had been intimated that results were "expected" today but clearly not and Potnak raised that point last week that it was just a broker guidance date. No biggie other than the FWL statement content.

Thanks all - The one thing I omitted was, of course, that we also now have the funding in place to take this forward without breaking stride.

Looking at the link that SoG posted on 12th October and having just re-read it along with other links, the prolonged toxicity study seems to be par for the course and would normally run parallel to Ph2 & Ph3 studies. I have no in-depth scientific knowledge but common sense suggests that this is a reasonable course of action with everything running in tandem during Ph2 and Ph3.

So the questions arising are: Why is Sareum conducting this study as a stand alone event? Why spend this money if we didn't have to at this stage? Why conduct the study upfront if Sareum weren't confident of the outcome?

My own speculative conclusion is that Sareum are stepping outside of conventional wisdom due to having a specific opportunity in the pharma world. I am not stating that a deal of any description is imminent but something is driving the need for upfront long term toxicity studies. Maybe Sareum see it as a cheap option over Ph2 costs that would enhance and maximise value. I do not think anything is wrong at all, nor do I think it is linked to MHRA issues previously. I agree with others here and wish for some form of clarification in the forthcoming Annual results and the forward looking statement. However, we cannot, and should not, expect the BoD to breach any form of NDA. It would be totally wrong to expect them to do so and nothing should be read into any lack of forthcoming clarity due to any constraints. We know where we are with 1801 development and we know the next steps. We also have it being developed now as "best in class". Nothing could be simpler.

Happy to be shot down by those with more knowledge of the Science but just putting some commercial logic out there.

MMs balancing the books after chunky buying?

It is clear that Sareum has succeeded in achieving a critical milestone. Apart from more detailed analysis promised by Edison, Sareum are at the Investival early November where new investors could be attracted. This is followed by BIO Europe later in November. It will be very interesting to see what transpires with 737 with major update due by end of December/Early Jan. Sareum has lots going for it at the moment.

Resistance at 31p but getting hit regularly.

Morning HBD - you may get your TR-1 after all. Good buying this morning though. It would be quite something if a major took a stake in Sareum as per Gilead/GSK with Sierra Oncology. Speculation of course.
