Yep - nothing under 27p since 12;06. Over 27p to sell for a while now and no movement on the Bid.

May have been a smart move by Sareum and has put us on a broader radar spectrum. Looks to have had a positive effect. Well done Tim. LSX clearly not faized by squeaky chairs and more interested in what really matters.

Sareum doing exactly the right thing. Any conditional offer or conditional rules for further engagement should not govern the BoD’s thinking. Otherwise Sareum and shareholders would be left wide open to a knock back in 6-12 months time and with having no suitors. Today’s presentation and January in SF show that the BoD are not resting on their laurels.

Definitely HBD. It will also be interesting to see whether there will be buying after Mondays events. Getting interesting again - let’s see what the remainder of November brings (if anything)

I am also heavily into GGP which has been trashed on the chatboard and by the market. After about 9 months of this news dropped this morning contains confirmation that everything is on track. Not cross ramping. My point is that it takes time and patience along with heavy doses of belief in your investment. Follow the news.

Yep - I guess it is all pretty speculative. My own thinking is that - with or without consolidation - Sareum would still have been required to raise cash and issue millions of shares more to get the same amount. I don’t think the City would pay a premium for such risk hence why we were screwed by RF. The only plus I can see is that - due to a much lower number of shares in circulation - it should increase quite quickly on demand. Anyway, it is what it is and we have a market cap of circa £31m. Some may say that is fair value at the moment, others may think we are already worth double that. The market makers and Brokers are in control at the moment with the brakes firmly applied.

Probablt PH Ben - what do you think the sp would be today had we stayed in "old money" - Genuine question as the sp up to 9p was a P&D

Same trading pattern as yesterday and there is clearly a large seller in the background. Might be an Investor taking profits or the RF shares - having been purchased by a broker - being recycled. Either way, the brakes are still on

Yep - I too made a comment regarding Wolfie. I do agree with Luton though. There is always going to be investors with doubts and that is fine. It is also fine to express them. But we all know where we, as individuals, stand with Sareum. We will embark on a tox study ahead of Ph2 with a view to dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Other news to come (good/bad) means that we should have total clarity by June next year. It is up to individuals to do what they feel is right for themselves. Cash runway has been extended with a commitment from the BoD that they would take shares in lieu of salary if they had to. Who knows what else could transpire along the way. So my glass is half full (no surprise there) although flash to bang is longer than I anticipated (along with many others no doubt). During the extended period, I have managed to add considerably at all levels and have multiple exit points should I choose to trigger them. I have no intention of selling a bean here until I have confirmation and clarity. I am in the same boat as Luton. If it goes belly up then I move on. Other than that it is a case of "out waiting" the market. Something will give. I have an occasional contact who assures me the science looks very good (doesn't invest) and has become interested after the presentation from John Reader. That is enough for me. Whatever you decide I hope you make money.

I agree Aber - seems to me that they have control of the negative narrative over there - but this mornings buys came from contributors on this chatboard. Hence the attack. They may all be close to having to buy back in. Anyway, best left alone and we just get on with positivity. Why else would we all be here unless we were positive about our investment? It is weird to consider that the often vile negativity is coming from actual investors. I think they are paid flunkies.

Ah! A tag team to disrupt the board and to help suppress the sp. Rubbishing SoG won't help much as it is all about the science isn't it? Obviously, if you are a trader or a Brokers flunky then only sp matters. SoG provides decent information for a lot of us non-science minded investors who only understand the basics but see the possibility of positive outcomes. Nothing constructive from those last two posts and best ignored.

Morning HBD - you are quite right in respect of the BoD maybe having their hands tied. I was thinking more of Joe average as most of us will have bills to pay by end of Jan. Would be good to get a “Santa Rally” in the market generally. We can but hope

Looks as though we will endure a dip. But there is news that could drop in the next couple of weeks which would support the sp and even move it North dare I say. Just a question of being patient I think. Those needing money for Christmas or to settle their tax bills will have an adverse impact if no news of any substance drops. 1801 news due, 1802 update could drop as could 737. A successful outcome at LSX Investival could also bear fruit.

I thought you were waiting for 20p to buy again and you also state you are waiting for an exit - presumably at a tidy profit. By buying low - from 10p upwards - it provides multiple exit points should you want to trigger them. Lots on here bemoaning the sp and blaming the BoD so not sure much has changed. Same story throughout AIM. Agree about not coming back into the market though

Totally agree Skyerider. Brokers hold the cash and retail investors hold the below value shares. Brokers also make commissions. Twas always thus except that the greed is out of control.

The problem is hiding in plain sight as many Brokers have trading arms. So Broker A is appointed and advises on raising cash from Lender A for shares. Lender A then sells into the market reducing the sp even further and feeding Traders. Broker A has a trading arm who then buy large quantities of Lender A’s shares. Broker A now retains complete control over sp and has a shedfull of cheap shares (still earning commission on trades). The regulator does not see a conflict of interests though as everyone involved are considered to be “honest brokers” and are regulated. I have changed the thread title so that the other points of view are not removed.
