It's because you got a decent price but is below the current mid-price so will show up as a sell. It is maybe why they are looking to take it down as they may still have to find shares to fill it - unless they are off-book trading as well. We'll never know.

Although we would hope to get taken out for a decent price there is absolutely nothing to suggest that we will. These low ball offer comments are not accurate as the BoD can only negotiate on shareholders behalf and then recommend acceptance or otherwise. The final say rests with shareholders and a vote. The BoD can, however, negotiate a licence deal on shareholders behalf without having to revert back to shareholders. I think a license deal is more likely than a T/O at the moment but I know as much - or as little - as the next man. I think Sareum will come out of its orphan period quite soon and I also think it is highly significant that Sareum has presented at Investival and will be in San Francisco in January trying to appeal to US money. Obviously there is something of greater substance to promote these days. Maybe 737 in the US will be a catalyst for further progress.

Not much to shout about really. Shepherds Dollars post far more relevant. It is only housekeeping, minor payment and warrants being exercised. Options - quite normal although I would prefer the scheme to have been authorised. Sounds as though they are in a hurry!

Yep - goes with what Colbalt was saying. These controversial idiots would never have had their views known had it not been for social media and the power of advertising revenues. Hi both, I think it may be payable as per the wording as - if 737 were to be handed back - then there is nothing payable. If not handed back then the 12 month rule or the retention of 737 would trigger a payment. As it is a licensing agreement then it would be contractually binding as would the handing back of 737 with no further liability. Of course, it doesn't prevent all interested parties from agreeing a further extension by way of an agreed variation.

Nothing really matters at this latest stage of Sareums development close to being reported by RNS. To be fair Funnyguy, most have placed caveats with their predictions such has Potnak has of late or, at least, attempted to qualify them. Much like yourself speculating as to how far the sp would drop and continue to drop in the past few months. None of it really matters. The AGM will take place in 8 days time and there may well be news ahead of that which can be discussed at the AGM by The Chairman. If not, Q&A will likely be quite routine and, possibly, boring. The Festive period is upon us after the AGM with limited scope for news but news will certainly be due good or bad. I do agree that it would be good to remove the uncertainty surrounding 737. In the meantime, trade away and best of luck.

Lots of speculation regarding low ball offers for a T/O are unfounded IMO. Also, as a trading share, there is little or no profit to be had. Sareum share price is low at the moment and would allow a predator to take a stake without anyone knowing. It must be a temptation. Negotiations however would not allow a low ball offer and we may well end up taking 1801 through Ph2 ourselves if that is the case. Licensing would produce an interesting scenario for us all as investors due to the fact that the decision to buy/sell would rest with us. But, as ever with AIM, when news does eventually drop, older investors may well sell up "for a pound" but would be replaced by new investors eyeing up a new opportunity going forwards. Not much further to go for defining news to drop on a number of fronts. In the meantime, traders will buy back and the spivs will have to take their foot off the brake. Can't wait personally.

Just back and watched Tim’s presentation. Very encouraging and quite a bit to look forward to. We can dare to hope that the Clinical Study Report will be released before the AGM on the 19th. Moving ever closer to news and the 737 update.

It’s ironic that mm’s have insufficient shares to fill orders due to not many investors selling whilst the rest of us are unable to buy. Market making and obfuscation at its finest!

Perhaps they are out of shares at this level and still trying to fill another order. Nobody selling!
