The point is Ben that the market does raise money but at a ridiculously low price in order to make their money. It is highly likely that Sareum couldn’t get a raise at over £1 or even 50p - Sareum and many other fledgling companies are regularly screwed by the “City”. There are disconnects between sp’s and value right across AIM. Due mainly to having to raise cash in order to survive and providing millions of shares into the hands of Brokers and Traders - retail investors are then having to sell at a ridiculous loss or stay locked in. Some of us have embraced “market mechanics” and bought many more. I think Sareum board have done a good job in raising cash but keeping dilution to a minimum and are still doing so. We should all know what we let ourselves in for, otherwise we shouldn’t be here at all as it is not a guaranteed one way street to success. The recent positive updates here have de-risked Sareum significantly and may well make it a far more attractive investment proposition for those attending LSX Investival on the 18th.

Our 10k trader is back and down we go. Short window of opportunity though and lots of progress to buy into. We have seen it all before and it won’t last long. They’ll be buying back again soon enough. Sareum remains in a very strong position and will only get stronger. 2 years ago the naysayers would have us believe that we were all wasting time and money here. Not long to go before there is role reversal. Who would actually sell unless they needed to?

I didnt think there would be an immediate reaction today Colbalt. Admittedly we have more to say this time but flash to bang would always be quite slow. My own view is that LSX Investival is a much better opportunity due to so many investment and venture capital opportunities that may well present themselves. Flash to bang would be much quicker IMO and have a far greater impact going forwards. More news would also be most welcome - plenty to come potentially.

I posted last week that Sareum were presenting at BIO Europe 4-6 November but that the more relevant event is the upcoming LSX Investival on 18th November in London.

Well worth a read for those of you not familiar with the event. With our recently confirmed progress and defined pathway, I think that this represents a significant opportunity to attract investors and/or funding.

The positivity surrounding 1801 is totally understandable, But Stephen Parker stated quite clearly that 1802 would now be developed quite rapidly. Given John Readers statement that 1802 development will be easier due to having similar profile to 1801 then we are not far short of "game on" especially as it can also be used in auto-immune also. Once value is also attributed to 1802 then the sp will gain traction and Sareum will be well and truly in the shop window. sounds to me like it could be a game changer in a few months.

Seems that the traders selling down ahead of the presentation are going to have to buy back in at a higher price. Although some of them appear to suffer from dyscalculia and shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a trading platform

I was alluding to the fact that there has been speculation that a new CEO would be parachuted in once a deal is struck Dick. Might be a condition for a deal

Edison Research note due to be published. On to Bio-Europe where Sareum are presenting and then on to LSX Investival on the 18th November. Investival is a major opportunity IMO especially with all of the new information confirmed and a clear pathway. May well see new investors some time after this event. Publication of study, 1802 newsflow will also start along with 737 update in December. Very coy about a new CEO appointment with the appointment due "at the appropriate time". Is there one in the wings? With such a low market cap this represents outstanding value.

Yep - also stated that 1802 progress would be more rapid due to the lessons learned with developing 1801. John Reader also gave the reason and the timeline for the tox study - to be held in different territories (worldwide?). Worth listening to again I think

Thats the point Gauteng. We know that there is a disconnect between progress and the sp. A matter of time IMO before the market catches up. In the meantime, this is a great buying opportunity and, if Potnak does turn out to be correct, it will be an even better buying opportunity. Wouldn't want to be caught if more news drops. Plenty to come.

1801 results showed excellent results in both psoriasis and potentially in RA

They sounded very bullish with regards to 1802 being progressed for cancer but also confirmed auto-immune diseases as per SoG's previous posts. Very informative and very clear.

Definitely HBD - very clear pathway into next year. The 2 x "slips" were unfortunate but served to confirm we are being steered and the Directors cannot buy as opposed to lacking faith in their product. All good and lining up to be two blockbusters in the stable. What an opportunity.

Positives: Excellent results from 1801 trial, Financial position strengthened, 1802 moving forward, 737 update by end of Dec 24. Directors have taken shares in lieu of salary to preserve cash and participated in wrap.

Negatives: Directors paid too much for delivering the positives, 737 not assured of success due to secrecy, SP too low:

It remains a matter of personal opinion as to whether you rate this as a buy or a sell.
