You never see a bookie going to and from work on a bicycle. We are being lined up for a rise but brokers ensuring that there will be sufficient selling on the way up to keep the sp under control (orderly market is the term used). Of course, if a deal comes then all bets are off. They want your shares - simple.

Lots of bit-picking and scare mongering but overall the science remains best in class, 2025 completion but anything could happen before then. 1802 being progressed and 737 due end of December. Whatever the mm’s/brokers do short term makes no difference to the signalled outcomes here and it is a strong buy at these levels and below. Compare where we were 3 years ago and the sp at that time to where we are now and the sp. Complete disconnect. Even Surfie may get the hang of when to buy given the positive outlook here

Morning Brighty. I too am in a similar situation and quite happy and optimistic for the future. Krusty makes a valid point though with regards to comparisons. Maybe the business start up and subsequent scientific progress do not have the same start point either. I recall FLT3, The Chinese debacle etc: all of which took time and money. Running a business and keeping the lights on with minimal dilution is also stressful and frustratingly time consuming at times. We are where we are for now. I am not sure we will get all of the answers we would like on Tuesday, but Sareums future is slowly unfolding IMO.

FTC - thanks for responding and I agree re: market cap. No consolidation would have meant millions more shares going into free float for traders etc: and more difficult to move the sp upwards.

The Tox study element would normally take place in conjunction with Ph2&3. It is possibly a pre-condition of a deal - I genuinely do not know. The GGP example I posted earlier had pre-conditions before completion can be guaranteed (nearly there though). It is tough out there and every shareholder has their own different ideas. Worth noting the BoD have also lost out substantially with their own holdings so it isn’t orchestrated-PH have a lot to answer for in my view

FTC - if we hadn't consolidated, at what price would we have been raising these funds and how many shares would have had to be issued? What would you have done? It was for context Aber - not really defending. GGP have had the same CEO throughout the entire process and still do. You are correct to state that it isn't like for like. It isn't meant to be. It is an example of the duration of negotiations under confidentiality that only came to light in September. Several of you seem to be ignoring the obvious question I pose. Where would you, as CEO, raise money from if not from placing/subscription which leads to obvious dilution. Would you also breach a NDA just to appease some vitriolic posters and risk everything going forwards? Easy to carp when you have no responsibility

I thought it useful to make a couple of comparisons regarding running a business on AIM. Chatboards are full of vitriol and frustration and we can all be guilty.

GGP - I am invested - has announced in September the purchase of a working Gold mine and processing plant. The deal was ratified by both sets of shareholders at their respective meetings. It transpires that the deal was agreed March 24 and as of today is still not complete as not all conditions have yet been met by the seller (Newmont). The market has continued to trash and suppress the shareprice while institutions buy in cheaply and TR-1's issued. The point is that negotiations would have been taking place before the March agreement and 7 months on is yet to be finalised. My point being the amount of time there is between flash to bang on these sorts of things.

Secondly RRR - I am not invested - Today issued 600m shares in order to raise £200k. They are dealing with Democratic Rep Congo and Burkino Faso which is not easy either. My point here is the amount of shares small companies have to issue. The retail shareholders are heavily diluted with limited prospects of success.

So Sareum raising the subscription amounts for a minimal number of shares from investors with sticky hands is a good achievement. It doesn't stop forward selling (Fees element perhaps) or the IG gang from shorting. In essence, Brokers want these shares as cheaply as they can get them. Don't be taken in by the smoke and mirrors.

I am not a Parker fanboy Enki, but the vitriol is a disgrace. For a start, at the time of the RF debacle he was a non-executive chairman and it was Tim who had the Executive powers. It will all have been approved by the BoD and signed off by Tim. He has since moved sideways. Since then, we have had 2 subscriptions via and instution and HNWI’s. You can blame him for those but also explain where money is meant to come from if we don’t raise. I think he is the right man to steer us through these times until a new CEO is appointed.
