So same team, same compound what would be different about negotiating a deal now or in 2a? Genuine question as I am struggling to see the advantages

ROCK and ECR - bottom of curve at the moment but ROCK look very interesting. I tend to select, buy and then just wait. God knows how long Flash to bang will be (if at all). So my 4 current and only favourites will be my last foray once I decide to bail out. Not black and white by any means. Sareum my brightest hope for another significant payday. GGP looking more and more like a major player in the making.

Morning Matty - yes I have seen your posts from time to time. The reason I mentioned GGP is that both GGP and Sareum shareprice have had quite a remarkable corelation over the past 18 months in terms of trading patterns and suppression etc: (sorry Potnak). Both Companys waiting for pivotal news and both chatboards being heavily infected with negative dialogue (GGP was/is worse). The confirmation of the deal proposal came about due to press reporting ahead of news release. Events there are a good example of why Sareum is on radio silence. So GGP shareholders have a lot to look forwards to if the deal goes through as per the suspension RNS. Hopefully Sareum news is top drawer and the pattern continues.

Next news imminent and successfully crossing the next hurdle will be a major achievement for Sareum. Looking for a double whammy as GGP has just been suspended pending positive news and Sareum to follow on from this would be great. Sareum has its first real opportunity to showcase its achievement via different media platforms and I hope they are gearing up for news releases. Critical but exciting period coming up.

It would be very encouraging to have some decent media coverage once the details are known. I appreciate that it may not be Sareums forte, but if everything is as indicated it would really put Sareum on the wider investment communities radar. Such a potentially interesting phase we are about to enter.

Definitely something being “worked” here Gunner. I think with the relatively low volumes the MMs can forego balancing the books on a daily basis and use the buys/sells activity to obfuscate what is happening over a couple of days - sudden sells today with the sp being taken down actually close in volume to yesterdays unknown trade at 29.30. It’s Friday so they are balancing today - just a theory. But noting that the sp has not really moved out of this range for a few weeks now.

Yep - understand where you are coming from Potnak - each to their own strategies. There is no "wrong" course of action at this juncture. Our road map has a few potholes to navigate.

Bit of an attack on the sp - seems unusual at this stage unless a bit of a distress sale. 29.78 to buy.

Agreed SOG - John Reader very bullish IMO. Todays conundrum is whether to buy now or to wait to see if there is a fund raise to come and get in cheaper as Potnak rightly points out. Non- dilutive funding of any description though will see the Sareum ship sail without those that are holding back. Traders will also start to position themselves either this pm or next week. I hope we don't get a P&D crew suddenly show up as next week progresses. Anyway - all to play for still and looking and sounding very positive

Agreed Andy - very close now. I am comforted by the fact that - according to some on here - there is no such thing as sp suppression or manipulation and that it is all a figment of our collective imaginations. Must be something else!

Thanks for that Damion - I am aware of Venture Capital but surely that would identify the Company we are likely to be involved with.

May well be a start up but how would it be funded? Unless maybe, it is a subsidiary of a larger Company with access to funding.

Hi Krusty - I am not sure that a few negative posters would hold sway over a professional process. Personally, I look at the potential of what we have against current market cap. The number of shares in circulation affects my judgement also. I understand why many would accept a lower offer but there are several here that are heavily invested not to mention the BoD themselves. Hence, I do not think that an unreasonable deal would get through. The Nimbus article link posted by Damion explains far more eloquently than I could, the reasons for holding out for true value or thereabouts. I too have a high number of shares between 10p-12p and recently at 29p. I see a significant upside from here

Morning Krusty - I think most, like myself, sliced once we reached a price of between 8p and 9p but not many sold up completely. I suspect most would also start slicing around the £3 mark this time around also. It works for those of us fortunate enough to have accumulated a large holding at low prices. It isn’t a black and white scenario by any means unless a buyout occurs.

That’s a great read Damion - I found it very encouraging to read how they got through their difficulties. I bet their shareholders were negative for many years too. Credit to Nimbus BoD for sticking to their guns. The other fact that is relevant is how quickly the CEO went from zero to hero. Again, it is easy to draw similar parallels here.

Admittedly, Nimbus were further advanced but the quick change in fortune is encouraging.
