What happens if we get good news? This concerted FUD just won't work especially seeing that a lot of us here have held for many years and have heard it all before. Our day is coming and you know it. Anyway, the real point is nobody knows when the next news will drop or what it will state. Judge Sareum after the news drop. Seeing as you are already forming opinions, do you anticipate the pending news to be good or bad?

Let the spivs and their lackeys make a few quid. Their hard work in trying to establish negative dialogue is doomed to failure. They know it and we know it. Scraping the bottom of the barrel at the minute and sound quite desperate. I hope the cancelled trades are not evidence of spoofing. Great info C79 - The opportunities are truly mind boggling here once the science has the full tick in the box. Not long now for full visibility of the potential. Lack of clarity with regards to funding remains the one negative blip at the moment although it is certainly not a given that Sareum will have to go cap in hand to the City. Non-dilutive funding was previously mentioned but we shall have to wait and see. The appointment of a new CEO will take time unless already lined up.

Lots to look forwards to and the sp seems to be lagging behind development and events. Looking good and cheap as chips. The naysayers are running out of negative dialogue.

I really do not know what some of you miserable and negatives Sods have in your heads. Firstly, the sp is not relevant to the value of Sareums compounds as the market continuously undervalues Companies as has previously been demonstrated. True value is what the buyer is prepared to pay.

Today’s sp sees Sareum at £38m or thereabouts. So just estimate what the buyout value may be and also, what a licence deal might be worth if there is no buyout. It isn’t rocket science to work out that it will be multiples of today’s value. No predictions from me so just insert your own numbers and decide whether it is worth waiting it out or simply getting out.

It’s probably a binary decision now as disastrous results will see the sp plummet. Good results will see it rise. Buyout values and licence values can then be applied. It’s depressing the number of times these simple facts have to be pointed out. I appreciate that I am “stating the bleeding’ obvious” but it seems there are a few here who cannot grasp even a simple concept and really should not be dabbling with their hard earned cash if they cannot see or understand the investment case.

It was only me Potnak - his post was ambiguous- but then you know that. I am not nervous thanks - just exercising patience and, hopefully, an understanding of the situation we find ourselves in. No amount of speculation or forecasting will alter the fact that Sareum is at a pivotal stage of development.

Exactly. None of us know. The data is already in existence. The BoD are making changes and we have a path to commercialisation. Whether it is done based on Ph1a trial or ph2a trial remains to be seen. I merely countered your negativity with an upside argument. Follow the news and trust the Board. I would hate for you to put off potential buyers due to your comments or to instil fear.

Potnak - you are doing it again. You are asking rhetorical questions and making an argument out of them. You are correct to state that none of us have a clue about any negotiations nor do we have a clue about the BoD's stance. I suspect many on here (myself included) would welcome any good deal initially. It doesn't matter what form it comes in. We have to trust the Board. In terms of value, again you are speculating to the downside. What if there is more than 1 suitor and a bidding war? Irrespective of the shareprice, it will be about the commercial value of our products, nothing else and low ball offers can be cast aside. We have enough experience on our BoD to know what true value is.

I agree Leggster and we should all be grateful to Tim for what has been achieved. It would be highly unusual for somebody to step aside with no potential successor identified. David's earlier contrarian view is reasonable and he makes some valid points. However, if a deal of some sorts is in the offing then there may well be a CEO in the wings waiting to be parachuted in. Clearly, this points to the trial having been successful and IMO brings 1802 onto the table. All to play for, funding of some sorts may well have been identified and agreed for these changes to be announced with such confidence. It may not be imminent but something is certainly happening

Well said Shepherddollar. The changes would provide Sareum with a stronger commercial negotiating team with Oarker now having decision making powers, a new CEO and Tim and John still fully involved. This is hugely positive
