Aber, Potnak - it always comes down to the same BoD outrage with you two (or are you the same person). It makes no sense to make up these “If the BoD” scenarios and then argue them as if it is fact. It is not. It’s a false outrage and is as wild as Potnak “hundreds of millions in the US” comment without a shred of evidence. By all means slam them but wait until you have the hard evidence

Funding has been an issue for Sareum - like many other fledgling companies - for many years. This is not a new concern and has to be continually addressed in one form or another. So any downside being talked about is valid from that particular standpoint. Equally, should there be HNWI's wishing to invest this would translate into an upside as would any other form of non-dilutive funding. So each individual must make their own decision and there is little point in bleating if they were to get it wrong.

I don't recall a RNS stating much about "Non-dilutive funding" but I seem to recall it being mentioned outside of a RNS and re-tweeted. I am open to correction.

Yesterdays news was very good and puts Sareum firmly into the shop window as far as possible suitors are concerned. There is little point in speculating about this as some are because nobody knows as it will be covered by a NDA. It will arrive when ready and could come in from left field at any time. 737 is similar. CPF will know and Sareum will have a good idea. Again, covered off by NDA.

I think the problem with Traders and Investors alike is impatience or a wrong call. It takes a second to click the buy or sell button but months or even years to get to where we think it should be. That is why patience and buying the dips pays off. Reality's time line of 10years is as ridiculous as it sounds. Reality has no better idea than the rest of us here so make your own choices and stick with it. Arguing semantics will make little or no difference and we should continue to follow the news and developments. Look across other AIM stocks and you will read the same type of posters taking every opportunity to be negative. These are invariably Traders or Spivs. GGP is a prime example where a Spiv was outed, but there are many others. It is not just a Sareum problem is my message. Keep the faith and if the sp does drift it can be viewed as a buying opportunity ahead of next news. Potnak may well be correct with regards to a placing and a cheaper entry point but if he is wrong - like his predictions for the past 2 weeks, then it becomes a missed opportunity. No advice intended here as it is important to make your own minds up and not to blame others for a wrong call.

It is the only way to make serious gains as opposed to the 10 percenters. It isn't rose tinted glasses and yesterdays news reinforced my resolve. The drop has nothing to do with The Company, The BoD nor the science, but has everything to do with Traders and City spivs trying to take control of what few shares are actually out there. ....Is almost upon us. The long awaited Trial data is expected imminently. Personally, I do not expect it to be accompanied by a deal as I feel it is too sharp between data release and the conclusion of any deal. I would be delighted to be proven wrong though. So I think deal news could come a few weeks after the data release RNS and we then start to enter news being due for 737 and 1802. Not to mention the end of year results containing a forward looking statement and a possible Investor meet.

Plenty to look forward to. I have Peel Hunts revised target price of £1.76p in the medium term which would be good for a lot on here and worth holding for if you can.

!801 data will be key in auto-immune disease progress and respiratory disease and may well provide a Golden opportunity for the further progress of 1802. 737 updates should be due a little later. Great time to be in this share.

Sareum - Healing the World

It would appear that the market may well be expecting a positive update very soon. Not necessarily today though.

We might get a Friday RNS due to the time difference between UK/Oz. Doesn’t have to be due to bad news. Traders may also be selling because they sense a bigger opportunity elsewhere (Val/PYC) and then look to buy back in here as any spike eases. So many permutations. Personally, I see little value in bailing out just before news is due but if you are content with playing the percentage game or protecting existing profits then fine. One think I will say though is that all this talk about share suspensions and Sareum being at risk of going out of business is all a load of carp. If there is a suspension it would only be good news.

Good info SOG - the MHRA debacle was just that. My own experiences with Govt departments is that they are underfunded and understaffed. To meet their internal targets they send a letter containing a requirement for more, unspecified information. Probate a classic. After a formal complaint they agreed that HMCTS did have the correct information after all. They just kick the can further down the road. No individual is at fault, just the entire system

Corcs - It isn't their deadline at all. It was their expectation and guidance. If there is any sort of delay in Oz it will have a knock on effect. Don't forget that the BoD could be waiting also. There may well be an adverse impact on the sp but who knows. I think that the word "deadline" is not reflective of the true situation. If Oz release the data overnight tonight (Time difference and month end for them) then the data will have to be reviewed and run past the NOMAD for approval. IMO the trial has already completed and the data is what it is already and cannot be altered. It is frustrating but must be very close.
