Hi SOG - yep, getting very interesting. The RNS will soon be in the hands of the NOMAD for legal compliance and the green light. Hopefully, it goes through on the nod but you never know. Depends on the content. Market is unsure of sp direction atm but they, and we, will soon know.

Not long to go for trial results. Somebody in Oz and possibly in Cambridge are scrutinising the results ahead of any release.

Whenever they arrive, I would definitely not want to be out of this share ahead of results. Or this weekend for that matter.

Good afternoon LseSar. I have been away for some time today and only just caught up with the Chatboard. In response to the question you posed, yes I did top slice during the big rise. I held 15m shares and reduced between 6p and 9p. I also had 3.6m GGP shares and topsliced between 36 and 38p. Having so many shares I was fortunate to be able to sell down a significant amount and retain a significant amount of shares also. Since their respective drops in sp I have added significantly on both and waiting for the "bigger picture" news as opposed to sweating the daily sp fluctuations. I take the opportunity to buy the dips although I am now fully loaded as they say.

Todays semantics regarding the interpretation of the BoD guidance is of little interest to anyone other than traders and opportunists. Best of luck I say. It will come and go and the market will respond to the data release whenever it drops. We will all soon know our fate. Nothing runs smoothly in business or in operational timelines not to mention errors of judgement along the way. For the record I do not predict shareprices nor do I predict Company values or buyouts etc: I think this chatboard is reasonably balanced with no real "cheerleaders" or full on "derampers". We can all disagree but the trial data will not change - it is already what it is. I will topslice again if we reach decent values but will not go lock, stock and barrel until I am satisfied that there is nothing left of value in Sareum for me personally. In the meantime, I will continue to support the BoD.

Just do a little more research on Dr Michael Owen and you will see that they have that very capability LseSar. Kymab was sold for £1.4bn.

you are attempting to twist things lsesar. nobody knows the circumstances of the deal nor the advice they received before it turned into the fiasco that ensued. they took positive action once the objectives of the deal were apparent. both ph and rf have been dumped and sareum were extricated from that scenario - and we all bought cheap shares!

commercial deal making will entail several advisors, non-execs as well as tim and john and all of it conducted against the backdrop of a nda. even the fact that they may be in a nda is subject to the nda so cannot be revealed. mishcon de reya would also likely be involved for the legals. so plenty of advisors with expert knowledge.

if you still feel negative then you shouldn’t be invested here. plain and simple. why invest in a company whose bod you think can’t deliver? you could put your money into banking, major oilies, or retailers. all awash with commercial savvy execs: nothing ever goes wrong with these sectors….oh!…hang on a minute…..**** seems to happen in most businesses.

That would certainly be a welcome piece of news HBD. Unless it is commercially sensitive, the direction of travel for 1802 being publicised would give Sareum a further significant boost. Initial funding would be an issue but doesn't prevent the information being shared.

Not all of the red trades are sells as we all know. Buyers want the shares cheaply so will always put in a low price. MMs obviously happy to oblige.

Potnak, Aber. You are both making up your own arguments and drawing wrong conclusions to keep the argument going. No amount of disagreement will alter what is due and when it arrives. By all means play a blame game if that is what will satisfy both of your own anxieties or trading positions, but don't assume we all feel the same way. I cannot speak for others but I am quite content holding and building my stake here. If I am wrong then I will suffer the financial consequences, but if I am correct and the science is validated and eventually commercialised then I will be totally vindicated. It really is that simple for now and no amount of trashing the BoD will alter that.

Potnak - I can assure you I am not anxious. I have been here since God was a teenager. The only ones that would be anxious are the Traders and the weak holders. I have bought the recent dips (again).

Potnak - not lining up excuses for the Board - just trying to counter the willingness to kick them at every opportunity. Missed deadlines and poor work is rife in your chosen field and I find your constant and adverse judgement of others to be both hypocritical and distasteful. Not to mention unnecessary

Well, I have expressed my views and respect others- but I do think this board is full of hindsight managers who completely overlook the scientific achievements and the fact that we are patented worldwide- that didn’t happen by chance. MHRA was not the fault of the BoD. Just a cumbersome annd underfunded Govt department kicking the can further down the road to meet internal targets. The BoD reacted swiftly and switched to Oz which was no mean feat. Anyway, we shall see. Their guidance date is still intact despite the hand-rubbing of some individuals who seem determined to rubbish them whatever happens. Enough from me!

We shall have to wait and see Potnak. I think if they had given no guidance on 1801 there would have been a mutiny also. If The Safety Review Committee in Oz are slightly late with their data release etc: it is completely out of the BoDs hands. But they have given their best guidance to us all as to when it should be released.

On the surface of it, the RF debacle was an error, however, it may have been an attractive and flexible option when first presented. I do agree though, that, it appears PH/RF had other plans and the rest is history.

Despite these setbacks and the MHRA issues, the BoD have acted positively to each and every situation and got the show on the road. 737 is the remit of CPF and Sareum can say nothing meaningful. I don't think that they plan to fail and have skin in the game too.

Well I think Oracle is correct. We are talking about a release of data that is beyond the BoD's control. I sincerely hope it arrives on time but if it is a week or so late then so what. We know it is coming and the BoD has issued its best advice with good intent. There are some on here that just want to play the blame game continuously as if their own lives and professions are as smooth as clockwork and nothing ever gets delayed or goes wrong. Cloud cuckoo land I'm afraid. The politics of envy with regards to salary levels and what they do to earn it is also below the belt as salaries have been halted just to keep the whole process alive (and our investment with it). Cut the BoD some slack and get behind them.

Can't argue with too much of what you say Potnak. But I wouldn't call a rise on news to a pound manipulation..Just true value being realised.

Manipulation tends to be downwards as it suits the Brokers, who, by law, now have to retain sufficient liquid assets to cover their liabilities. Guess what.....

Hi Basser. I have dealt with FCA etc: first hand and it is not easy. I had to lay out the basis of my complaint with supporting evidence (of which there was plenty). Despite there being evidence, it took 12 months to resolve. The situation was corrected and I received a very low sum of compensation, £120.00. I was put into a holding pattern for around 9 months of that period with little or no progress. I have no idea whether there was disciplinary action of any description but I doubt it. It was never about compensation, merely righting a wrong and not giving in to "the system" So although we can complain, we have to be careful that it cannot be dismissed out of hand as "the punters are whinging again". Evidence or strong circumstantial evidence will be required for any complaint to be taken seriously as it would always be challenged.
