Aber, it is very frustrating but any contract will protect both parties interests which is why certain clauses exist. We have no idea what has been agreed due to the re-negotiated position and Sierra also have to enter into a contract with any new partner (Gilead) in order to make further progress.
As for the sp - yes totally frustrating but try to ignore the day to day fluctuations especially if you believe in the science and the eventual end game. Most of us have been here for years (me included) and lived through the 0.5p's.
I have enormous sympathy for those that have to distress sell after such a wait but hold on if you can. January is a notoriously bad month with people having to pay for December excesses and tax bills being due.

The large buys have been a feature for almost 12 months and yet no TR1 issued. Could it be a large "Iceberg" trade which doesn't have to be declared until filled? Lets face it, if an overseas company wanted in then they don't have to declare until reaching a 5% threshold. Thats a lot of shares.
Call me cynical but the moment a position is declared then this could move the sp quite a bit higher and the large buyer could have covered licensing costs. Just a thought.

No we don't Azz - plenty of speculation though. I think news must come from Sierra first so we await a newsdrop in the US. Meanwhile, the mm's still continue to be reluctant to let the sp rise. Maybe they are as unsure as ourselves
