Utah - I think it best not to be concerned about dates and timelines. Just wait for the news (good or bad) and judge by that, and that alone, given where we are in our development cycle.
SRA737- anyone who has ever bought a house should be able to relate to delays, contracts and money transfer issues when going through the process. 6 weeks turns into 16 weeks etc: Same for Dilley and co: if they are negotiating, and that is leaving aside Covid constraints for either or all parties.
Having been in for the whole journey I feel that we are poised for richly deserved success (IMO). It is a case of seeing it through now with fingers crossed. I now know how an Olympic Marathon runner must feel entering the stadium for the last lap of a long and gruelling race. The end is in sight.
