Morning Utah! I think your previous post said it all really. The science is compelling, evidence of a blockbuster is growing.
We all await the commercialisation of the science and whether there will be one route to market or several.

I am as frustrated as yourself Warthog, believe me. I have been in Sareum for over 10 years and my friends and family glaze over when I talk of its obvious potential. As Ahfam states though, we are very close to news, which, we all hope will be life changing on so many different levels and to so many investors and patients alike. I try to put myself in Tims position and to understand why we are almost constantly on radio silence. Even failed deals are subject to NDA so, often, we would not know if we have been in talks or have been spurned due to a high asking price.
Change is coming though and I personally find it inconceivable that all of our compounds would fail to add significant value to the sp.
Yet more patience required for now... easier said than done but if you have come this far on the journey then a few weeks of market manipulation and wombles will be worth it. I hope you keep the faith and wish you well.

Hi Warthog - understand your logic but I must point out that you are not the messenger. You are the hypothesiser. Big difference.
True value will eventually be established irrespective of mm activity or any of our predictions. Personally, I am anticipating a buy out which will be its true negotiated value per share. But I have no specific knowledge.
We have already flogged to death the reasons why the BoD have no voice in respect of SRA737. As I posted yesterday, we either understand the current restrictions and constraints placed on our BoD or we believe there is an anti Sareum conspiracy. It is frustrating but a necessary condition of making deals I am afraid. Surely you can see that.

I agree with the point about the lack of transparency and information regarding Sierras handling of SRA737 but - in general - you cannot shout from the rooftops about that which is confidential and probably under a NDA. Why not lobby AZ?
They are all intelligent and can see what is required so unless you all think there is an anti Sareum conspiracy the only explanation is NDA.

The results from Scallywag are overdue but there is nothing that says that results should be released immediately. Granted, most CEO’s can’t wait to publish them but they can be held pending full results of drilling and held further still for analysing and assessment of results ahead of any RNS. So a bit open ended really and open to distorting timelines

Clearly, news being held whilst somebody with deep pockets loads up with cheap shares. Happens regularly on AIM. Also happening at GGP. Hopefully, news will be worth waiting for and we begin our climb back to where we should be

Just a thought really as Sierra would have to be the source of meaningful news on any deal or progression. The presentation certainly puts the ball firmly into their court. Naively, I wondered whether it was all a co-ordinated approach to news.

Maybe there is a much broader news release to come from Sierra later today.

We should wait and hear what is said. The same happened at GGP before they took off. Look where that is now.
Accelerated drilling will cost more and working capital needs to be healthy. I also think it strengthens our negotiating hand in JV negotiations and prevents us from getting screwed over. Pleasing to see that we are not inclined to be a soft touch. It is also worth noting that the warrants will add further cash to our coffers once converted.
The signs are positive for me.

Any money is welcome and the placing and warrants mean very little in the scheme of things. Short term "quick buck" traders will be disappointed but that is the way it goes.
The clue is in the price of the warrants and we can expect the sp to be north of this price in the not too distant future.
As a cynical aside, the placing and the warrants will allow mm's to control the sp going forwards. Maybe that is what has been needed.

Hope you are right Nick. That news is coming anyway along with Covid update. Plenty of opportunity for the sp to make good headway

Market had wind of RNS yesterday - wonder what they will do with it today.
Agree that extension could be waiting for news first. No material impact on results though - just the sp.

Not much activity and not much volume. Seems that there is a seller behind the scenes. Good time to top up IMO - so I have.

There is a very clear and structured process taking Sareum towards commercialisation of the science. No bad news being released suggests to me we are on course to make considerable progress in the coming weeks/months. Tim always stated that no news was good news.
Commercialisation is vital and I agree with Utah on this point but we are very close IMO.
Market cap is immaterial at this juncture and positive sentiment could drive this forward very soon. Equally negative sentiment can take it down further as nobody has a true figure for what we have.
I think we will rise over the coming weeks/months especially on the back of a further Covid grant.
