Daz, I did take time out and went on the site to warn them, it is a company with two previous names, so not all history is on the site.

AIM is risky enough without missing major company history.

The sad thing about that was the original company that floated, Strat Aero had a good foundation to build upon, but a CEO made a mad cap move to start another company in America, rather than grow and expand what they did very well.

You get shot to pieces when you raise stuff like that, even though I was not alone in doing so.

Punts are fine when they are a couple of million market capitalisation, once it gets high you need something measurable and audited independently or it is a massive fall as you know.

Sad though a lot of new investors in that one, drawn in with covid masks and nano technology.

PS Badomen, we think that the first goldfield will either be an outright sale - as per the original plan, or if Hainan are interested in a JV, could be a JV with Hainan. In an interview, Bernard hinted that they were considering doing something else together.

Hainan's business plan is to diversify into more precious product as well as maintain their massive ore business. So this may fit?

They will have 17m plus 5.8m and potentially a further 2m to put to the gold projects.

But Nielle was well developed before being placed on hold to sort the lithium due diligence for the interested parties. Nielle was supposed to provide a maiden value around July 2022, so may be as close as weeks away once fired up again.

Epic, if Nielle is close to a maiden jorc and the message is simple and clear, Nielle may have an impact on our share price, especially since we would be so well funded.

Trouble normally with gold is good news is quickly followed by a fund raising exercise, dilution. Kodal would be in a good position to take it to a mature stage.

Usual stuff Merc, others coming over trying to make a date more important than it is, or try and get everyone estimating share prices then pretend they are upset with their holdings if it doesn't make it on the dates people predicted.

I have absolutely no idea if any of it has any influence on any investor, but the pattern is repeated on every share I have watched which is close to a major turning point.

When a share moves I wonder if they think it was their influence.

Hainan/Forsun are huge, their people will no doubt pop up everywhere, most times people will not know who they are.

Like I said yesterday, watch out for subtle and like this guy not so subtle, investors trying to help them out with their shares.

The more their shares flounder and we have anything which could be preyed upon as a potential issue, they will post.

Easier if they were just a bit more selective with their share choices instead of relying on sentiment rallies.

There are loads of articles over here on transferring assets between business, most are very simplified overviews of the type of complexity, so you get a taste of what they are doing at the moment, but this is in the UK, Mali has similarly complex taxation:

You get a flavour of the complexity of what they are doing. Not done correctly all sorts of taxation can be created. Done correctly no taxation occurs.

Don't fall for the posters trying to make such a big thing of going beyond any of the dates.

Some other shares are dropping in value and posters are trying to unsettle investors on this board.

Ghoti, I too have faith in Bernard and Kodal, but it is best everyone does not hang on to this date.

Whoever gave them the first date was wrong and we are best to assume it will take the same time minimum as here.

I would make that mid July or earlier.

Roman, only if you can't be bothered to look up the reregistration process and what it entails. Would you be overly concerned about those dates.

Kodal will be using specialists which operate in Mali.

Who gave them the timeframes we will not know, unless someone asks the question in a q&a and Bernard decides it is ok to throw someone under the bus.

If it was the tax office in Mali, you can bet he will avoid a direct answer.

The assets are being transferred into the new French named mining company, from one subsidiary to the other.

That is absolutely everything which has to be transferred over, not a small job.

They have to be reregistered, they can't simply be moved over otherwise they would trigger a tax bill.

If it was not reregistered as one example, the difference between the lithium asset at outset and value now would be taxable as a capital gain. Reregistration avoids this.

Reregistering is not quick.

A company is given a timeframe for a piece of work which is not part of their normal company work/duties, it is a one off.

Like a builder building an extension on your home, an estate agent telling you how long your house sale or purchase will take to transact or an accountant estimating a piece of work.

We will see if they make the new long stop, personally, going by the UK, I would not be surprised to see it go beyond.

But we all may be pleasantly surprised.

There was a good few of us in January thought the time to the long stop was very short. Hainan only finished their part mid April. So Kodal have only been working on it for 4 weeks.

No delay.

In my opinion there is no delay, it is simply the time it takes to re-register assets and move everything to the new company, the new company will currently still be ours.

All I am saying is that Bernard and Hainan have been advised of the time it takes to go through this process, they cannot know themselves first hand, because neither Hainan nor Kodal have gone through this process before.

But I can say that the quickest I have seen here, on simpler assets is 3 months.

I will be impressed if they meet this deadline.

Regarding the mining licence if you look at the Bougouni West RNS that will not transact until after the mining licence change too

To me it sounds like the last process in the chain.

Which would make sense, why add someone as company owner on the licence before they pay.

Toptiger, we are not waiting for approvals as far as I am aware, the licence will not be submitted until the Hainan deal has transacted.

We are waiting for all assets etc to be moved in to the new company.

Bougouni West will also be after the Hainan deal has transacted, when licences are altered.
