I think we are now about day 100 in the Russia / Ukraine conflict and POLY is still producing gold and other precious metals at near normal rates from both Russia but also Khazakstan.

Share price 1/5th of its pre-conflict share price in the weeks immediately prior.

Can't personally wait for the next update for it should show just how wrong the market has this share price.

The conflict isn't going beyond the Donbas imho.

Just also remember that cinemas are not just open at the weekends and you also have to add on the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday takings to the weekend grosses.

Great news on Topgun Maverick and this film is breaking records left right and centre. Has been marketed brilliantly and word of mouth does the rest.

Broke the Memorial Day weekend opening and now with such a small fall weekenen 1 to Weekend 2. Wow !! It's all cash in the bank for Cineworld and Regal subsidiary and Cinema City and Yes Planet cinemas in the RoW.

Just got back in from the cinema again myself tonight and its was extremely busy and long queues for concession items.

Must have counted approximately 8 advertisements tonight also in pre-trailers advertising for Digital Cinema Media (which is a company @CINE co-owns with AMC / Odeon) including in there were new ones from Lidl and Moneysupermarket.

Roll on July and August imho for both @ EMAN and CINE to update.

New UK cinema just recently opened in Hounslow, looks impressive and shows confidence in UK audiences.

Definitely opened for TopGun as I've been watching it and I believe for Dr Strange also, so great timing.

I didn't mention any particular cinemas even though I hold Cineworld and Everyman in a much wider portfolio. Cineworld is up from 22p only about a week ago and Eman is yet to make its move. Both a bit like ANGS at 0.85p. TopGun follows Dr Strange's good Box office with things getting back to normal and the summer slate of movies is really good.

Its up to you which cinema you use. There's also Vue and other local independents out there. The point though was that the film is well worth seeing.

The Tuesday to which you refer is the best non-Marvel Tuesday in May ever.

Courtesy of 2 Bank Holidays for the Queens Platinum Jubilee, so the share price is staying where it is until then.

Far better spending quality time with the family and might I suggest a trip to the cinema to see the new TopGun Maverick movie or another. Virtually all 5 star reviews for TopGun Maverick and worthy of them all. Incredible film with unrivalled flight scenes and just broke a 15 year Memorial Day record in the US. That plus enjoy the celebrations.

Anybody devoid of ideas to keep either themselves or the family occupied should consider a trip to the cinema. TopGun Maverick is just out which is an incredible film with amazing flight scenes. Yes - next two days are Bank Holidays courtesy of the Queens Platinum Jubilee.

So 4 days to take in a movie or two and plenty out there for the children to enjoy as well with family tickets and Clubcard vouchers.

@UK will do very well this weekend again and Barometer cinema on TopGun Maverick, for anyone, interested is showing no let up in demand on the Thursday and Friday I have looked. Nearly all sold out across a dozen screenings and all pre-bookings so no joy at all for walk-ins.
The latter may have better luck at the larger cinemas with multiple screenings.

I'm in twice this extended weekend.

You don't understand nuclear deterrence Biker. This is different as it is proportionate self defence for the Ukranians with limited ability to strike inside Russia. All the time Sanctions, sanctions, sanctions working and hurting and a war that needs funding.

Cinema tickets on blockbusters deltalo have been increased for blockbusters to compensate for inflation. Not that they need worry here for it is still about the cheapest nights entertainment going.

Certainly isn't stopping people going to the cinema with the Dr Strange and TopGun Maverick numbers. Certainly didn't stop legions travelling to both European Cup Finals, nor stopping people booking holidays, rock concerts and festivals, going to the recent Playoff finals or internationals. Just as an example Hampden Park is a sellout tonight for the Scotland versus Ukraine play-off game. All the above are at multiples of the price of a cinema ticket.

Get yourself to the cinema squidgy and enjoy what everyone else is.

As the number 2 in the world we won't be too far behind.

That'll will have brought in a whole lot of concession revenue now and to come.

Should hopefully be comfortably in the 30's by next week.

We have cinemas in Israel which are always busy cinemas and which released TopGunMaverick on the 25th May (you can check the Cinema City websites (Hebrew) and yet BoxOfficeMojo were not showing any contributions from Israel. UK also lags behind on Bomjo which I had shown for Bond.

So TopGun Maverick has nearly doubled its lower estimate and those Cumulative audiences (Cume) going forward now feed into a month with Jurassic World Dominion, Lightyear and Elvis.

It'll be a very good summer.
