Hard to imagine looking at todays share price and rising interest rates now that this had an offer on it which took it into the 120p's when interest rates were at all time lows. Shouldn't be this low.

I saw it on opening night and its is an incredible film and probably the best I have seen since cinemas reopened. Absolutely breath taking low level flying. Its selling out for evening performances so you'll either have to be quick or look at earlier performances.

Good Morning to you PW. Sounds like you are having a torrid time at the moment but hopefully better news will be around the corner. Great that you are still around and posting, albeit moreso on twitter.

And learning TA!! I have several books on it but they can be droll and complicated with maths and statistics involved. I prefer to use it only a little with floors and ceilings (easy to see) and the crossovers of certain moving averages to identify potential breakouts. Of all the technicals I like using Candlesticks from time to time and certain patterns can be very good pointers. Most of those indicators though you can notice or feel happening if you simply follow your watchlists ardently. Try maybe "A Beginner Guide to Short Term Trading" by Toni Turner" which covers key technicals and is much easier read. Shouldn't be expensive. Should be on Ebay for a fiver or less or Waterstones should be able to get you a fresh copy.

Had just been thinking last night that the bulletin board "had lost that loving feeling" and was lacking that feminine perspective on the red carpet dresses and the ribbed muscles and six packs in the film. It's definitely one for you and the girls to see when you can actually manage some me time around all your other commitments. I've had to despatch Mrs Lat in your absence.

Removes to a great degree maybe one of the principal uncertainties here that was dragging on the share price.

Just as an aside yesterday I packed up early and last night went to the opening night of TopGun Maverick the new Tom Cruise film. I watch movies regularly and have to say that this film is probably the best that I have seen since movie theatres reopened their doors. Absolutely brilliant film and the flight scenes are out of this world. If anyone is stuck for some entertainment over the next few days, weekend or next few weeks then I would highly recommend going to see with wives, partners, family and friends.

More disposable income left in peoples pockets means more customers. Simples.

I can honestly tell you it will not be the same as Imax (Screen the size of the sideof a warehouse) or 4DX (all the thrills of a rollercoaster ride emulating the film) and accompanied by the noise of Dolby Atmos sound. The full theatre rumbles with the thunder of the jet engines and you just don't get the same immersive experience as being there with a cinema full of other movie goers. Terrific film and made for the cinemas with 6 IMAX cameras in the planes.

That aside I came back to say nice tosee that Rishi Sunak has just annopunced some new measures to lighten the cost of living crisis. Should be good for all in retail and the cinemas as it should enable the public to hold onto more of their disposable income.
