Like many I am surprised by the low SP and how the market seems able to manipulate AIM to keep the price low. Not of Sam’s concern … but should it be ?

Simply because of the RISK associated with the share. Sam chooses NOT to micromanage data which ‘could’ potentially support the SP.

The result is that PI’s are left to fend for themselves.

Sam doesn’t mind … he still gets paid.

@pre2rcd - The question is WHY offload at 10p ?

Either someone who is NOT prepared to take any risks and there sees any profit on their original purchase as potentially disappearing
OR
Someone who simply believes that RKH is doomed to failure

Any thoughts on which ?

Looking at the volume going through, how come the SP had barely moved ?

For the simple reason that I believe there is value in RKH. If we could find way to get rid of Sam … I’d be happier.

I can afford to lose the money and see no evidence that whilst Sam is in charge that He can turn it around.

@Falky but with respect the lack of FID tells me he saying the wrong thing to them or talking out his arris.

I just don’t think he is the right man, simple.

As I have said many times before, it’s a no brainer but problem is a Company Management with no brains or enough business acumen to get this off the ground.

Sensible suggestion please Citizen Smith. Your problem with Godders is clouding your judgement

The market is rarely wrong which is WHY the SP is slowly dropping.

We still don’t know who is trying to Offload 12m shares ?

@Surfit - good spot. You may well have grounds to be pessimistic.

Read that way an RNS could be issued that meets the announcement criteria and yet had absolutely no effect.

Sam would have protected his salary for a few months longer.

Agree that they HAVE to produce an RNS.

I know you think it’s a ‘nailed on cert’ that Navitas will sign a definitive agreement.

I respect your position. I just think you’re wrong.

Two ways of looking at it if you were in Navitas’s position I believe.

Either you believe you have the upper hand in negotiating with RKH knowing their history and lack of suitors, so you can afford to wait for further distress and pick up a better bargain / wait for others to join or secondly you are in a hurry as others may be sniffing around.

I know what I think will happen.

Sam is toast.

Godders is a issue but is made worse by the clogging up of boards in ppl complaint about it. I just think we all have more important things to discuss.

It is strangely quiet especially with 12M shares changing hands ??

Falky, best advice I can give to you at the moment is: Stay silent. Don’t make yourself a target. A number of your posts add considerable value to our understanding of RKH and Sealion. Don’t stop those posts coming !!

Other gut feel posts add zero value and just antagonise long suffering shareholders.
